I feel like something has changed…
I feel like something has changed recently with this company. I have had good experiences in the past, as recently as six months ago, but am having significant issues with an order I placed about a month ago, on 3/17. Initially did not ship at all (although was charged to my credit card). Only shipped once I inquired, and then shipment was returned - they said address was wrong but it was not. They said they’d re-ship, but again, no action. I’d really rather receive the product than dispute the charge, but can’t find a way to get this company to ship what I have paid for. Inquiries to customer service are generally acknowledged, but only after days. Order #1334228

Incredible Customer Experience
I had a problem with my order so reached out to customer services and it was the most positive experience ever. Hani provided incredible service. They showed great care and compassion for my issue, were kind and proper with the way they spoke and finally just a good person who wanted the best for me. Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I made two separate orders one with two shirts which i received well past when they were supposed to get to me. The other order was a hoodie which I have not received even though I was supposed to get it a long time ago. I emailed them back and forth for a while and now they are trying to charge me extra for some weird custom tax thing for the hoodie and they won’t give me my package even though I already paid for it I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank if I don’t get a response to this review saying they will give me a full refund and give me my hoodie.

False advertising
They are advertising an offer for buy 1 get 1 free baby tees, and apparently it applies immediately at checkout, no matter the size or colour, yet it hasn’t. No matter what products I add to my cart (preorder or available) the offer never applies. I tried to contact the company but the ‘contact us’ link on their website goes nowhere.

No update on order
UPDATE:
I was contacted by head of Customer Services who offered their apologies and assured me that I will get the order asap. I can confirm that the order was delivered(i am not at home to confirm quality).
Worth investing in customer service and production to avoid things like that as customers can be let down.
My daughter ordered a hoodie in plenty time before her holiday, which is approaching soon. Very disappointing to see that there is no update on the order. I expect the hoodie to arrive in the next two days otherwise i will go to my bank to claim back.

Poor quality and overpriced.
Poor quality T-shirts, couldn’t be considered baby tees at all. Very expensive for what you get. I paid £36 including taxes for two market quality T-shirts. Very disappointed

Scamers
I ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter..it was cheap looking and with an iron on the front of shirt..it cost over 70.00 when I tried to get a refund they said no returns! Nowherein their boilerplate does it say no returns…Do not purchase from this company they are a tictoc scam!

Now resolved - No response to e-mails and no communication
I ordered 2 t-shirts on 25th March and I have not received them. I have reached out and have not received a response from them.
My order number is ORDER #1335955 placed on 25 March and the money for this order was taken from my credit card the same day.
Very disappointing they could have at least responded to my e-mails
They have been e-mailing me daily with marketing e-mails but not posted my items.
UPDATE
Whilst there was a problem initially I am very satisfied with their response and the outcome.

Poor delivery
Delivery took 28 days after paying for express delivery which meant it was late for a birthday present. However in response very well dealt with.

i still haven’t received my package yet as it got lost. however, the customer service was great as i was speaking to Hani and assured me they would send another package as soon as they could. customer service was really good and professional and kind 🙂
Confusion about Tracking
My first time ordering, I had ordered a phonecase and two Tshirts. My phonecase arrived and there was some confusion due to my T shirts not arriving with them, so I emailed and Jonah responded to my email within less than a day of me sending it. He answered my questions proffessionally and was just lovely, giving me 25% off due to the confusion (my shirts had been tracked by accident with my phonecase). Jonah was so lovely and polite and helpful and really made me feel so much more at ease.
Replacement shirt
I recieved a shirt with a stain on it, but Hani from customer support was so quick to offer help, it was no big deal in the end. She replied really fast and offered to sent a replacement. She kept me informed about the stock they had and said it might take a little longer, which was totally okay. I emailed back after a while since I had not heard anything yet and within a day she replied back that they'd sent one my way :). Overall really great experience, she was super helpful and it was great service.
