A t-shirt I ordered became out of stock and Hani was very helpful when resolving the issue. The rest of my order is being shipped to me now.

My great niece loves this brand of tshirt. I have ordered 2 for her birthday. A very easy web site to order and order from. I am sure she will be thrilled, Great price too.

Hiding behind an automated robot to deny basic customer support is a terrible business principle. I spent a considerable amount of money (£86)on 4 Classic Tees, but they are completely unwearable and fit much longer than a standard baggy fit. Two are still completely unopened.The automated system instantly rejected my email and tried to get me to spend more money with a discount code. It is wrong to expect a customer to absorb an £80 loss just because of a "printed to order" policy when the sizing of the Classic Tees is this far off.I do not want a refund, and I refuse to spend more money even when the automated response offered me a 25% discount to spend more money!Out of principle after this bulk order,I would appreciate an exchange for these in the baby tee size.

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever!! My mailroom sent my package back, so I reached out to get a replacement and they responded day of. Jonah was super helpful and made sure i was taken care of!!! Will be buying from here again

Best T-shirt brand ever!!! The quality is so nice and soft and beautiful, unique designs. Definitely a must buy!!! More importantly is the staff. Jonah, who I was connected to with help for an order was so incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and thanks so,so much Jonah!!!

We received our order really fast, even though we live in Germany!
Upon opening the package, I was at first a bit disappointed. One of the hoodies was missing it's backprint. The other looks really good and is of great quality. We even received a little goodie with the order, a really cute baby T.
Pretty nice touch.
I contacted the customer service, which responded rapidly.
An d within three E-Mails, We are getting a replacement, at no extra cost.

I was sent the wrong size shirt and the customer service robot wasn’t very helpful. But once I was transferred over to Jonah my problem was solved instantly! They were so nice and helpful, and they got me sent a replacement in the correct size<3

I reached out to In Print after receiving a hoodie where the print wasn’t up to my satisfaction. I received an immediate response asking for pictures. Jonah from In Print reached right back out to me agreeing that the print wasn’t up to standard. My communication with Jonah was direct and timely and a replacement was shipped right out. I was dreading having to defend why I didn’t think the hoodie was satisfactory but was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t have to jump through hoops and deal with multiple people to get a replacement.

My order did arrive with an ink stain but Jonah was able to quickly resolve the issue and replace my shirt with no issues! :)

My t-shirt had some problems with colours being out of stock, but Hani contacted me and sorted it all, and my t-shirt was put out for delivery really quickly! Thank you Hani! X

The was 1 tshirt that wasnt in stock and they fixed it imedeatly and where very nice and helpful and Everything got fixed imidietly

Unlike for other customers, my order came very quick. The issue however is the quality of the product. There’s a store with similar products based in New Zealand called boo&co and I would recommend you to shop there since the quality is so much better and the prices are basically the same.

Amazing shirt designs, quality is great, and sizing fits perfectly, also customer service is amazing.
