It had been almost 3 weeks since I ordered a baby tee and it still hadn’t arrived. I emailed the customer service and Jonah helped me through the process. I was finally able to receive my parcel with his support! I’m very thankful for his quickness to help.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color but Jonah on the customer service team was extremely helpful and kind in making sure that my order was fixed.

I ordered three baby tees but one color was unfortunately out of stock but they reached out to me and informed me on the matter and came with good solutions , Jonah helped me and it was super nice that I got response so quickly and they really try their best to make the best of it I would definitely order and it’s super trustworthy

My baby tee I bought was defective - and I emailed customer support, and I was very lucky to get Hani to help me out, and she issued me a replacement. i had a bit of a problem with the items that i had orderded werent in stock. thankfully i had great help from Jonah that gladly helped me out with no trouble at all!

Really terrible quality. T shirt is so thin it’s almost see thru, not a nice fit, just the cheapest possible t shirt with an exorbitant price tag. And because it’s “bespoke” they don’t do returns so you’re stuck with something I would argue is not fit for purpose. Absolutely terrible
