Completely satisfied.

Great product. Very attractive and crisp looking. So appreciated as gifts when I visiting family. I stumbled through the ordering process. The delivery process was great. Well packaged is an understatement.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would! I place an $85 order for some hats, mind you, I ordered them correctly. They were racing hats with a name and our racing colors, which were to be Blue and Orange. I ordered one grey hat, one black hat and one grey and white. Well they couldn’t even get those correct. Mind you the print color came in purple and yellow. I ordered blue and orange.
The customer service is an even bigger joke!! They messed up my order and they refuse to refund me for their quality mistake. They said there was no quality issue! There’s a large quality issue if you don’t give the customer what they asked for. They said I can still use the hats. How can I use the hats when they aren’t our racing colors?!? This place is a joke, their product is garbage, customer service is even worse! I will never ever order anything from them and will report this to my credit card and to the better business bureau. Buyer beware!!

FRAMED Personalised Art Print....Frame is GARBAGE

First, this package was impossible to track. It went from a 'Yanwen' facility (?) to a city relatively close to my home. From there, it went back to the 'Yanwen' facility. (Google couldn’t locate 'Yanwen', except that it had something to do with China.) The package was then 'exported' and 'imported' to ports all over the place, and I wondered if I had been scammed. In any case, the package did finally arrive.

I didn't receive a notice when it arrived. I found the TINY package on my porch the next day. I expected something bigger, since I had ordered a FRAMED PRINT.

When I opened the package I was stunned. The print was rolled up. Laying next to it was a package of black sticks with magnets on them. WAS THIS THE FRAME? YES, IT WAS! There was no explanation or instructions, but given these sticks were ‘the frame’, we obviously had to put it together. Well, ‘the frame’ is the wrong size for the print....literally a piece of crap (don't want to use the real words to describe it). There was masking tape on the sticks, and when we carefully, gently pulled the tape off the coloring on the sticks came off with it. This, for a ‘frame’ for which I paid extra, and which was described as follows, "Frame Quality: Our frames are made using a combination of Italian hardwoods that are carefully selected for their strength, durability, and beauty. Craftsmen then hand-pin the frames to ensure that they are perfectly aligned and secure. Our dedication to quality ensures that our frames are not only beautiful but also built to last. Acrylic Glass, 2cm moulding width." LIE, LIE, LIE!!!

The print is nice. I’d still like to use it for the gift I intended, but I’ll have to buy another frame on my own. It's an odd size, so the final product won't be anything I had hoped it would be. I hope I can make it look nice.

Bottom line...I would NEVER buy anything from Insgifts again, I would recommend that anyone considering Insgifts to AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE! I can't say enough to express how disgusted I am.

I never received the gift

I never received the gift. I tried to tell customer service that I did not get it and they said I would have to do all kinds of stuff and get in contact with the post office and what not. I won’t be ordering from here again lesson learned. Thank you.

Incorrect item received, terrible customer service

My order was not correct and instead of refunding me or sending correct item, I was offered 20% reimbursement. Ridiculous, this is not my fault, I received the wrong item. Make it correct and send me the right order.

Got an email saying it was delivered

Got an email saying it was delivered. but I can't find it.
Last time they just left it on the ground at the gate for Meadowridge road. I am on Whippet run. I looked to see if it was there. I cant find it anywhere.
