Excellent SERVICE and very nice people to work with. Definitely would recommend them.

We picked up a phone for our 8 days in Paris at the airport in March 2017. An Insidr rep was there to meet us and explain how to use the phone and services available (like a concierge) that came with the phone. It worked wonderfully during our visit. We used the info on what was happening that day in Paris, the phone as a hotspot, and had questions answered about transportation when we were a little confused. At the end of our trip a rep came to our apartment as we left for the airport, on time at 6:30 in the morning. I highly recommend Insidr!

We used last year in Paris. I would have liked the person who met us at CDG to explain how to use it a little more but that’s my only complaint. It was great to be able to text the team with questions and we used it a lot for finding bus and metro routes. Would highly recommend.

I employed the services of INSIDR for the entire month of May of 2017.
Being a senior (female) solo traveler , INSIDR was absolutely the BEST "travel companion" I could have asked for. I always felt that there was someone who was within immediate reach whenever I desired a quick answer regarding special events, services, getting directions, or even making a quick restaurant reservation. I have the highest regard for, and totally have faith in this smartphone service. Moreover, the INSIDR staff is highly responsive, knowledgeable of their city (in this case Paris), and just plain fun to work with . . . they are true professionals! I look forward to using their services again during my next journey to France. Confidently recommended without reservation!!!

INSIDR Paris made our two week trip to Paris so much more memorable. They arranged tickets for a fashion show and numerous restaurants that we would never have experienced without their help. We looked forward to reading their morning messages and suggestions to enhance our experience. When we left, we felt like we were leaving friends behind. Since our return, I have recommend them to any of our friends traveling to Paris

My wife and I rented an Insidr phone fora month (April-May) this year. The pickup at CDG was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Once we "signed in" we first used pre-loaded navigation apps for our trip to Portugal (via plane and train). The phone continued to provide flawless walking directions through Lisbon,Coimbra and Porto. One of the staff even offered personal suggestions for places to eat in Lisbon.

We really put the phone through its paces while driving through Brittany (on our second leg of the trip), once again receiving accurate driving routing around construction and traffic delays. Always had a string signal and fast internet access. We encountered a problem returning a rental car in Vannes when we found the office closed. We were pressed for time and found no answer when we called the car company phone numbers. We were at wits end with what to do with the car, so....I sent a text to the Insidr staff and explained my problem. They did not hesitate and within 5 mins I received a call from them to give me a number where one of the rental car company reps was waiting to help me. Prevented one of those stressful situations that no one wants while on vacation.

Later in Paris they sent daily tips and suggestions for the day, steered us away from a visit to Champ de E when Macron was speaking and the area was jammed packed, and helped with a last minute rez for my birthday dinner. The phone also has a "chat channel" where others using the phone can post tips of their own personal explorations.

In short, the Insidr phone is not just a phone configured for Europe, but with the staff available most for the day and night, you are carrying your own personal concierge around with you.

When we return to Paris, we'll be carrying one around again!

I am a regular visitor to Paris for 5 weeks each year and have struggled with mobile phone and data connections. In 2017 discovered INSIDR and thought it was the answer to my mobile phone and data issues as well as giving me a number of other benefits such as concierge services etc. Used an INSIDR phone for the 5 weeks and it was great in Paris and also in other areas in France such as Bordeaux, Reims and Loire Valley. Great to receive daily messages and updates on the metro and Nina and her staff were always at hand to assist with any questions or issues that you encountered. I travel solo and am very organised so had made all my restaurant reservations etc before arriving, but INSIDR is able to do all that for you. Have recommended INSIDR to friends who are travelling to Paris and will be using the service again in December 2018 and January 2019.

Heard about the service online and wanted to try it for our 5 days in Paris. The phone was delivered to our hotel close to Les Halles Metro, and it's features and operation were fully explained. Google maps was invaluable, as was the section of tips and recommendations for Paris sights and restaurants, and so much more. Pick up/turn over of the phone was smooth and easy and we were impressed by how friendly and informative everyone was.

This company was a LIFESAVER when I spent a month in Paris. A week into my trip I lost my phone in a cab, and was facing navigating a foreign city with no google maps, metro app, or wifi not to mention taking work calls. The phone they gave me, just in exchange for holding my USA license as collateral, was a godsend. I used this service just for the device, but then discovered how useful their insider knowledge on Paris' best spots were. I loved their daily itineraries geared towards my preferences, their arrangements of reservations, and always being available for questions. I went to the best museums, thrift stores, and even discovered several hidden bars like Laundre (inside a laundromat!).

In Paris there is so much information on what to do that it's easy to have a cliche tourist experience and miss the true magic. I thank them for helping me enjoy the city like a local.

On top of that, when I went to return the phone I missed my flight. The assistant they dispatched to pick up the phone patiently waited two hours with me while I used the phone to try to make it on the plane and then purchase a new ticket. I was also VERY upset and crying so she saw me in a messy spot and handled it gracefully. I don't know what I would have done after the terrible WOW attendants treated me that way if INSIDR had also shown disrespect. Recommend this brand SO MUCH.

When my wife and I took a trip to Paris to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, we decided to use INSIDR to get cell phone use. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and support we received! We were able to get our phones at the airport and we were shown how to fully utilize them.

When we went to Paris, it was our first time traveling internationally and we were a little nervous. When I learned about the INSIDR smartphone, I knew it was something I wanted to try. And it was SO helpful, I can't even describe how much we loved it. We used the public transportation app constantly - rode buses, Metro and trains for all of our travel needs. This alone saved hundreds of dollars because taking cabs all the time is expensive!!! And figuring out where to eat is difficult when traveling, but not when you have INSIDR in your back pocket with recommendations from people who really know Paris. We did one of the walking tours provided on the phone as well, around Montmartre, and that was fabulous too. It was so reassuring to know that if we needed help with something, INSIDR would be there for us. I can't recommend INSIDR enough.

Service was excellent. Staff was always available, received free tickets to a fashion show, and they also gave tips on experiencing Paris without the tourist fanfare.

Would use their service again without hesitation.

We highly recommend INSIDR to travelers. A representative from the Paris office brought the phone to our hotel. His directions for using the GPS for our navigational purposes were excellent. The price was fair. We traveled to Honfleur and the beaches of Normandy. We had no idea how to find either of those places, but with the INSIDR GPS, we had NO problems. We traveled back to Paris, and another representative picked up the phone. What wonderful service. When we return to Paris, INSIDR will, again, be our driving companion. We heard about INSIDR through positive reviews in newspapers and decided to give it a try on our first trip to Paris in the spring of 2017. We were absolutely amazed at the personalized customer service and ease of using the INSIDR cell phone and team to enhance our visit to the city. The daily welcome and recommendations based on weather and expectations of events around the city made our choices for the day very pleasant. The responses to questions were immediate...no matter where we were there were travel suggestions to the next destination. When we wanted a good place to eat after visiting the musee d’Orsay we were given directions to an exceptional nearby restaurant we would never have found on our own. Needless to say when we returned to Paris in the fall we made using the INSIDR service a priority for our trip. Again we were very happy with the experience...Even had tickets to a fashion show made available to us which stunned my wife!

Great phones, good battery, whatsapp service where team members are always happy to assist you and extremely useful pre-installed apps which you didn't think you'd need but oh boy does it make a difference. Get on it -- it will change the way you travel.

We travelled from Australia and elected to use INSIDR instead of having the hassle of buying SIM cards overseas. We did not know what to expect but our INSIDR experience was fantastic. We had the phone delivered to our Paris hotel then we set off travelling to the Alps and the South of France using the phone as a hotspot for our phones and iPad. We always had coverage, able to use maps and able to communicate locally and back home easily, even with FaceTime while walking down the street in a small alpine village. We arrived back in Paris where the service came into its own with a daily message of things to do and places to go, transport bulletins and other handy hints. The INSIDR team even tracked down some obscure artisan jewellers workshops for us to visit. Then the guys picked up the phone from our hotel before we departed. What a service!

Insidr was invaluable in making our trip to Paris a success. We weren't staying in a hotel or near any tourist areas, so we were grateful to have such a helpful and responsive resource in our pockets. Not only did they give us tips on where to go and things to do, make (and change) reservations for us, and provide useful maps and guides, but they went out of their way to stay in touch with me and offer lots of options for activities that were related to our specific interests. It was also so great to have a phone with a local number and a hotspot so that everyone in our group could connect their phones. I recommend Insidr to all of my friends and keep checking to see which cities they expand to so I can use them again!

This was the best part of our trip to Europe and only wished we could have found something similar in Italy. We will always link up to this great service when we return to France next as it gave us everything and more. Wifi, tips and hints and made our trip so easy. Cannot recommend it enough

I travelled to Paris Jan last year and I’m always undecided about getting an international sim for my phone and then I discovered Insidr after reading TA! Worked out the cost per day and it sounded just perfect! After the long haul from Australia arrived at my motel and was met by Ben who enthusiastically showed me “the stuff”! After 9 days of walking like a crazy woman seeing as much as I could, meeting friends, eating where ever.... just walking randomly, thanks to the phone I knew where I was, what I was near, helpful tips, etc “my own personal digital tour guide” 24/7. One day I txted Ben to ask where all the Gauguins were in town? He responded in 20, where when and how to get there! I stumbled across the resturant in the Diane Keaton movie and recognised it, looked up the gps on the phone, Volia!
Absolutely the most perfect service for Paris... can’t wait to try it for Venice! Merci beaucoup, je t’aime
