Excellent service by online service team and service engineer online was very helpful. He identified the problem listening to the sound of existing insinkerator. Offered a new insinkerator with good discount. Product was delivered quickly and got it installed. Its working very well to my satisfaction.

The gentleman at Insinkerator Support (i assume usa) was more than helpful.
Helped diagnose the fault in a Evolution Model 100 waste disposal with a faulty magnet contact in the low voltage batch disposal circuit.
Tested the magnetic collar removed from the unit direct against the magnetic black stopper.
Worked 100%
So a faulty magnet connection.
Saved me the cost of plumber/electrican to fit new parts. Or worse. New waste disposal for Xmas.

It was a real positive that I could get through by phone contact to Insinkerator’s help line and technical team rather than sort an issue online . The colleague Adrian was excellent, could troubleshoot and suggest tests to a faulty appliance and offer a solution in a friendly , professional and knowledgeable manner .

After many years of having had a InSinkErator Hot & Cold tap, I contacted Customer Support regarding a leak which was basically due to wear and tear. Their Customer support was excellent and were very quick in replying to my enquiry. After discussion of the fault, I realised the tap was not repairable and would need replacing. They offered me an excellent discount on a replacement tap which made it a lot cheaper than any online retailer. I would highly recommend contacting their Customer Support for any issues you may have.

2nd Hot Water Tank failed in the same way after 5 years.
We have an Insinkerator Hot Water tap. The first tank failed after 3 years and the replacement (newer design - Neo Tank) has just failed in exactly the same way after 5 years of use.
After replacing the external filter cartridge with a new genuine Insinkerator filter, the hot water tank has blown a fuse and started leaking out the base of the tank. For 2 tanks to fail in exactly the same way, this must surely be a design fault?!
Unfortunately because of the tap being fitted into our worktops already, we have no choice but to buy yet another replacement tank. Given this experience, I'd not install another in the future.

I had a problem with the tank of my hot-tap , I emailed customer services who dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Jackie who dealt with my inquiry was very good with communication and I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received, which resolved my problem.

Had our insinkerator for 5 years no fault until the other day it just stopped working, luckily 6 year warranty which is great. I contacted the team they passed me on to a local branch who came out inspected the item then replaced for new item under warranty. Thank you such great service and quality of equipment

I have recently ordered an InSinkErator product. While I had experienced a significant electricity issue with the unit sent by the local representative, global InSinkErator took full responsibility over the matter and responded to my call in less than 24 hours, suggesting to ship a new product. The replacement product arrived fast and included even a newer model. The support person (Jacki) was amazing and did everything to improve my experience.
This is my 3rd product from InSinkErator, and there is a reason for that. The products are great, lasting for decades, and the service is top quality.

Had an issue with a newly installed hot tap and was referred to a service company. The guy was very knowledgeable and after ordering a replacement tap he came and installed it. During the install he needed to complete a couple of adjustments and left with the tap fully working. Very pleased.
