Told goods have been delivered and they have not.

Told goods have been delivered and they have not. So far no one seems able to explain what has happened but the delivery company cannot find any trace of my order, nor my personal and home details on their system.
Rather suggests that Insinkerator do not have a clue what is going on and I have paid in full for goods not received.

Good response from LMS APPLIANCE…

Good response from LMS APPLIANCE REPAIRS. Regrettably the manufacturer did not offer a repair service as the motor had burnt out and the warranty was no longer valid. This resulted in an expensive product replacement cost.
Good service from the repair company and disappointing service from the manufacturer (Insinkerator).

Warranty offers peace of mind

I reported an issue with my hot/cold water tap. Billy, the specialist was very professional and helpful. During the conversation, he asked many questions to eliminate possible causes of incorrect use of the product without sounding offloading manufacturer's responsibility. The outcome was to book an engineer visit. The confirmation email came through in minutes. I am really satisfied with the experience, however I would rather not to have issues with my new tap.

Very poor reliability on the hot water…

Very poor reliability on the hot water tanks .
Mine failed, and the warranty only covers you for a year.
I had it for under 2 years.
Won't be buying any more insinkerator products again.

In areas, with hard water, mineral buildup can place additional strain on hot water tanks over time, which impact its performance. That's why we highly encourage the use of genuine InSinkErator F-701R hard water filter and recommend replacing it at least every 6 months — or even more frequently depending on usage and local water conditions. By doing so, it helps protect the lifespan of your hot water system.

I spoke to a lady called Gelly yesterday and she was super helpful and stayed on the line while I checked an e-mail she had sent. I ordered a part on the same day and it arrived the day after which was amazing at it is large item. Would highly recommend Insinkerator.
