Good Honest Service
Insomnia Smoke was the only site I could find that had the product I was looking for. It was sold out everywhere else.
That being said, the price was marked up a bit, and it had to ship overseas - but I think it was worth it because I am ultimately very happy with the item.
The Insomnia Smoke team reached out via email as they noted during checkout, confirming that they had the item in stock and asked me to confirm the order and payment at that time.
I admit it is a bit of an odd system that I'd never dealt with with a company before, but they were very transparent with the details.
They were also honest about the long shipping times from Latvia to the US, which were accurate.
So thank you for the service, I would recommend!

Unfortunately, payment was rejected by our bank. Rejection reason: Customers bank Revolut didn't provide customer date of birth, which is required by European Union new regulation.
Money was send back to customer, but customers bank has problems recognising the payment.
Our bank informed us that they have provided all information to customers bank and that customer will receive back rejected amount. The issue is probably already resolved.
