What a great find. Kieron and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We had searched the UK for months to find a RotPunkt supplier who understood what we were trying to achieve and then all of a sudden up pops Concept Interiors on our door step.

Firstly, let me say that the Concept Interiors showroom is possibly the best kitchen display space that I have ever been in.

We met with Kieron, had some very precise conversations about what we did and did not want, and he took everything on board and came back with a first draft that was pretty much all there.

We had long conversations about the textured finish of the doors and specially sized cabinets, and whether RotPunkt would do them. Kieron negotiated with RotPunkt and got us everything that we wanted.

Kieron sourced the new appliances and again went out of his way to find ones that had exactly the functionality that we requested.

The timeline from design to ordering and then eventually fitting was around twelve weeks but Kieron and his team kept us updated and we felt valued and involved.

We work from home so we were fairly apprehensive about the disruption that the fitting team might cause, especially as it was a busy time running up to Christmas, but the guys doing the fitting could not have been more respectful of our home and our need to keep working while they were with us. They were all very pleasant and extremely easy to deal with and made a real point of keeping the rest of the house working while they were on site and never left a thing out of place and always kept the site meticulously clean and tidy.

We had some snagging, mainly because RotPunkt had supplied a couple of units that were not as specified, and as it was literally two weeks before Christmas there was no way of immediately getting replacements from Germany, so Kieron and his team put in some temporary units until the new ones arrived. Which you cant fault.

All in all we are very impressed by everything that Concept Interiors have done for us and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

PS. Ive seen a couple of negative comments on here regards having to make an up front payment for design work. I have to say that as someone who works in a very strongly design led industry we have all had the situation where you design something for a prospective customer and then they use that to send out to other suppliers to see if they can get better prices on the componentry and installation work. As I have no hesitation in recommending Kieron and Concept Interiors, I would also say that you get what you pay for.

Our kitchen was supplied and fitted by Traditional Furniture (now Concept Interiors) 22 years ago. We have had it repainted a couple of times and it is still like new. We recently decided to add extra cupboards and were delighted to discover the company was still being run by the same family. The whole process was smooth throughout and we even had the same fitter (Ian) that we had all those years ago! The new cupboards provide all the extra storage needed and fit in perfectly with the original units. We would highly recommend Concept Interiors.

Would highly recommend Kieron and the concept staff they have all been very helpful and made the process of picking the right kitchen very easy. Me and my partner are very pleased with our kitchen.

We had a fantastic experience with Concept Interiors. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were extremely professional and reliable. The project was managed efficiently, communication was excellent, and the finished kitchen looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them.

Concept have recently completed the fitting of our kitchen, utility, cloakroom, bathroom vanity units and media walls.
The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing and most enjoyable. We visited several kitchen studios but once we had spent time with Kieron and seen the quality of the furniture our minds were firmly made up. Kieron guided us through the design stage with great patience and his attention to detail was above and beyond at all times. Kieron was always prepared to spend as much time as necessary choosing the cabinet detail, handles, appliances etc, it seemed just as important to him as it was to us to achieve the right end product.
Everything from scheduled delivery to fitting and the hand painted finish was seem less and we now have bespoke furniture that is beyond our dreams.

Amazing experience with Concept Interiors!

Keiron and the team have been incredible from the start. They were attentive to every detail and really listened to what I wanted for my dream kitchen. The design turned out even better than I imagined — beautiful, practical, and perfectly suited to my home. I can’t wait to see my dream come to life! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to create their perfect kitchen.

Every aspect of our interaction with Concept Interiors has been so professional and client focused. We were soon reassured about the levels of project management needed. As soon as we met Kieron and Chris on site we were confident in the essential link between designer and main contractor. Concept's bespoke service allowed us to take our time with some key decisions and change course in some aspects. Kieron and Chris needed plenty of patience at times! Whether it's worktops, appliances, flooring or colours Kieron has so much experience. Chris is a super fitter and contractor. He works closely with Joe, Simon, Andy, Archie, Lewis and Alex. Keiren was fantastic we had a basic outline of what we required for the kitchen and he came up with a great design that suited our kitchen perfectly, his relaxed manner made you feel very comfortable and no matter what you asked nothing seemed too much trouble for him
Throughout the whole process communication was excellent and any minor problem was very quickly resolved
I cannot speak highly enough about Ian and Rob Concepts kitchen fitters, they were very polite and friendly, their workmanship was exceptional, Ian is a superb craftsman and his eye for detail is exemplary, something you don’t get very often these days

The whole experience with Kieron and concept kitchens was great. They provide a high quality, bespoke experience that was tailored to our needs. Throughout the process there was good communication and any niggles were immediately ironed out. Kieron did and excellent job at project managing and this really minimised disruption.

We've been living with our new kitchen for about a month now and we love it! We knew we wanted to work with Concept as soon as we met Kieron. The quality of their work was obvious and the no pressure approach from Kieron really appealed. We had a clear idea of a layout but Kieron helped us with all the details that have made the finished kitchen special. The installation by Ian was excellent and the final paint finish by Noel is superb

We had a Concept Interiors kitchen installed several years ago. It’s still terrific, but we recently had a couple of things that needed adjusting. Kieron responded immediately and the ever-friendly Ian had it all sorted in no time. After-sales service often lets companies down; not so in this case. First rate.

We Chose Concept Interiors as we needed more of a bespoke solution for our renovation works. Concept were able to offer this, and excel our expectations with their experience and attention to detail. The quality of workmanship is amazing and with all the options they are able to offer, you really can customise anything to get exactly what you want. When faced with a few building issues, Kieron and his team were able to tweak things here and there to make sure the end result still looks amazing..! Best choice we made on our project by far, high-end product/experience, without the high-end prices..!

We recently used concept for our boot room and study. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Kieron was so helpful throughout; nothing was too much trouble and his ideas were always well considered and thoughtful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
