Being a Landlord, I have been using Inspire Thermostat for a long time now. The device and functionality is excellent. They have a great support team. I have been supported by Tom and Georgina previously, they are a credit to the company. Keep up the good work guys.

We are now using Inspire controls in our HMOs. They are great at reducing the unnecessary usage of the heating system, thus reducing bills and also keeping the house nice and warm for the tenants.

This is the best solution we have found for our needs. The service is great, postage is quick and the products are easy to set up and easy to use.

The product is excellent . Its has definitely saved me a considerable amount of costs

Customer service needs major overhaul

Excellent customer service and really helpful product advice. Would always recommend.

Initial contact on phone great, and got an appointment to guide me live. Deciding to request a repair, was advised turnaround for assessment of unit was max 2 working days, but turned out to be 3 weeks (due to a week of testing it which I wasn't advised of) and multiple chasing which wasn't acknowledged on WhatsApp, and eventually was through calling. On receipt of repaired unit back, after a month, no issues with it, but know repair only guaranteed for 6 months out of warranty period for item.

Really excellent product and good back up support if needed. Ive got over 20 of these and make managing my utilities very easy

The system is great and I would have given a 5 for the thermostat, however the support is really slow. When something goes wrong (which is not very often) it takes forever to get an answer and resolution.

Their products are well thought out and provide all the functionality you could need in your home or your rented property. The user interface online and on the app are clean and easy to use. The visual interface for setting up schedules is the best I have seen. It provides access to the various settings other automation systems hide from you. An easy to use API helps tie in with other automations and automate regular activity such as handovers.

This is the second smart home thermostat I’ve now ordered from this company and they’ve been excellent products as well as customer service offering me advice when I wasn’t sure of the best way to set up the devices for the tenants. Will definitely use again for my next property project.

A great product- far better than hive!!

I had the issue on the heating system on my Hmo house. Thermostat battery was low, fitted new battery still having issue with it. Spoken to the customer service. Georgina was on the phone and she help me with step by step trying to find the problem . Also she was on standby with the enginner to find the issue. Now the boiler has been fixed. I have Heating on my Hmo now.. thank you for your help Team.

I'm a contractor working for a company managing hmo properties, I had to contact inspire customer service via the Web chat as I was having difficulties re connecting the inspire thermostat to the Internet, a lady called Jessica replied offering to help
I just want to say I normally hate online webchats as they take forever... However this lady was absolutely brilliant, she literally tried her best and got it connected back online in no time.

Had the time o stat & the tenants kept pressing the boost button so it was on nearly permanently. Put this on & it is now only on a couple of times a day. It will pay for itself within a couple of weeks.

Whenever I call Inspire there is always someone to help. And even in times there isnt, its not long before someone gets back to you. They use whats app too which they manage very well.

I've been using the product since 2021 when I did my very 1st install and just completed my 3rd installation. This has become my standard as far as thermostats go. I've tried one other for different reasons and its not as great.

Excellent smart thermostat for HMOs and the customer service went above and
beyond to assist and patiently instruct our electrician throughout the installation.
