If it wasn’t for the 15 mins wait time, which is understandable, consulting for repeat prescription was instant.

Appointment was on time. Doctor very helpful. Easy app to use but best of all valued the follow up emails to check on my progress.

The doctor is courteous and knowledgeable. The wait is approximately 15 minutes. Once connected to the doctor, there were no glitches or issues, everything went smoothly. My only wish is there a way to extend the appointment if it reaches the booked time (by paying extra of course), instead a bell sounded and you lost audio (you can’t hear the GP anymore).

It’s very convenient for me to be able to talk to a doctor as our local hospitals have been reduced big time so it’s hard if not impossible to see someone for a sick leave certificate or a script without waiting a minimum of a few days to a couple of weeks. Instant Consult is instant & easy.

For one session, I had Poor GP service, less than 3 minutes and denied intervention.
For another consult, instant consult overcharged me beyond the “10minute” consult.
I emailed support team and they did not refund the service or honour duration of consults. Not a regulated or standardised service. Support team system not regulated either.

Easy to follow app, next to no time waiting for a doctor call back, and the doctor who I had my consult with was friendly, well spoken and seemed to genuinely care.

I needed urgent antibiotics to fight a tooth infection and was able to connect with a doctor at 6:45am on a Sunday morning. I was having a doctors consultation 10 mins after placing the call (still in my pjs) and had the antibiotics prescription in my inbox straight after the call. The doctor was wonderful. I dread to think how the infection would have spread had I not gotten this incredible service as all dentists in my area were closed until the Monday. Thank you for this critical service, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs it.
