Dr. Lee was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She resolved my issue and not only that, also gave me recommendations about things I was not aware of.

Dr Ahmed was very compassionate
Dr Ahmed was very compassionate, informative and helpful. This is the first time I’ve used this service and it made obtaining a prescription seamless. It would have taken hours to visit my regular doctor for a prescription. I will use this service again.

very poor
I had a consult, doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics for severe throat infection, fever etc because it was 'probably viral' and doesn't want to cause antibiotic resistance. I asked her to inspect the throat, she said no we didn't have time for that (after a few mins). That was the end.
I then got out of bed and dragged myself to an in person urgent care where the doctor inpsected my actual throat, immediately prescribed antibiotics and steroids for strep throat.
