Not so instant effects…
I placed an order with this company on 6th January but have still not received it further to four emails and two calls. The first time I was cut off before speaking to anyone, the second time the person kept saying " perfect" as they took down my details! The four emails: only one was replied to by the company but no action, in the last one I asked them to send the order to a friend in the uk, or refund my payment. Possibly the problem is I live in Portugal- but they say they do international delivery...shame as I like the products...but their service deserves no stars!
