Mother’s Day card ordered from this…
Mother’s Day card ordered from this company…..didn’t arrive until one week after Mother’s Day. So much smaller than advertised. Have asked for a refund and the company just ignoring my e mails. My advise would be to not use this company.

Slow delivery and bad product.
I ordered the pop up flowers on the 27th February for Mother's day (12th March). They didn't arrive until the 29th March. They also look nothing like the pictures. We had to rope the inside to actually make them pop out and even then its just 4 bits of card one in front of the other and not particularly 3D looking.
Customer service was almost non existent. Just kept being told to check for delivery updates!

Ordered an expensive mothers day card…
Ordered an expensive mothers day card from them over a month ago. It was cleared from customs over 10 days ago and still has not arrived and, of course, has now missed mothers day by 4 days. They refuse to give me a refund and I have no card. Do not order from them, terrible organisation.
