If you want to see a property then good luck. I've been trying for two weeks to see an office and I've still not received a call back. Whenever I call the person dedicated to the property it goes to voicemail but I don't receive a call. When I call the main number I'm just told "someone will get in touch with you"......but guess what......no one does.

Paulina was a great help! Making appointments and giving great suggestions made our search for a new office much easier than expected.

Marco from Instant offices has been unbelievably helpful over the past 12 months. We have moved offices twice and he has helped us everytime find the perfect place. He goes above and beyond, sending through options and then walking myself through the different options. We have built up a great relationship, he is so easy to deal with & professional. I have also passed his details onto a person in my network for his new office. Highly recommend.

I've called and request a viewing for a specific business which I've mentioned on the phone to them in detail. They arranged the viewing at basepoint, Chatham, historic dockyard. I've spent 1h driving there and back to view it, just to tell me that they don't want a fitness related business in the premises. Total waste of time, not considerate at my time, borderline unprofessional to do that.

Barbara was super helpful with finding a space that meets all our requirements [as difficult as they are!] and communication between us is always great especially when going back and forth with office suppliers

Rang three times to try to get information about some advertised offices but the promised callback never comes.

Chris has made my search for offices across the country a breeze! I was finding the search for offices very daunting and couldn't seem to secure anything. Since I come across Chris, he has been amazing, always finds what we require within the budget and specification I request. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very responsive on emails and phone calls. Also love the way the info is sent across! 1 office down and many more to go, thanks Chris :D

We were looking for accommodation and it felt like a daunting exercise until we came across Chris. He helped us search within our budget, taking on board what our requirements were. The first office was perfect and Chris remained in touch to assist all through the process, checking in with calls and emails, and not in an intrusive was, all felt very genuine and was a huge help. This was our first move as a relatively new business and it was important we made the right decision. His knowledge and understanding was second to none, he would seek out the answers to our questions and come back quickly each time.
A huge thanks to Chris for making this move happen, for understanding us and for keeping in touch.
We will be using them and Chris in particular if we have any more office moves as we grow

Kelly listened, understood my requirements and sent me out a portfolio of office space. She was not pushy and was open and honest about my requirements. I would highly recommend her.
