Since I create pages with Instapage tool, our marketing teams are super happy to see pages launched in no time without any developers and we have added Google Analytics to track the pageviews & events on those test pages with AB testing we are all satisfied. Outcome of AB testing Instapage gives the real winner to be pushed to live environment. Everyone wins on this game ;-)

I found Instapage one of the easiest platforms to create a Coming Soon Pre-Sales page if not the easiest one I've tried. Unlike other platforms which left me frustrated, I actually enjoyed the experience of creating a sales page since I was able to see my page coming along in a couple of hours for someone (me) who doesn't have much web creation experience. I appreciate the user-friendly platform!

So far so good! Incredibly quick and easy to get a page set up with very very very little knowledge of web development. I was able to create my page from scratch and have it up on my custom domain within a few hours.

I literally had no idea where to start and how to go about doing my landing page. I found Instapage by doing a google search and it seemed like the most comprehensive option for someone with little knowledge. That being said, I believe this could be a great tool for even the most seasoned web development professional.

I am now working on adwords integration and integration with salesforce so that the leads automatically show up in my CRM. I never dreamed it would be so quick and easy to have this set up. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to create a professional landing page despite your level of experience.

Instapage is great! Some of the new BLOCKS need to be explained better!
To help us over 39 understand just how to make it work. It is not intuitive, but with all new things it will become normal.

I suggest that you post a u-tube video and have on line support for making this new block -- an added plus -- more understandable.

Instapage is fantastic.
To make it great for me, I would like a deeper integration with Active Campaign.

Example: when a user complete a form on Instapage, it goes directly on Active Campaign but it's only possibile to make it subscribe to a list.
I would like to have the possibility to add a tag or an Active Campaign cookie.

Yeah, it's great experience using instapage landing page. I'm very grateful to them. It's very easy to use it and also best qualities. Now I'm student. When I've quite money then I'll of course use it's upgrade version. Thanks to instapage. Simply I love it.

If you need landing pages, stop. This is the only tool you need. Easy to use, great pages every time, integration with other platforms. Just do it.

The best landing page builder I have ever used. Ages beyond the competition, what surprised me, besides the A/B tests and marketing tools, was the desktop publishing like the precision of tools like "aligning" and "distribute horizontally" and the high fidelity end result of the generated page. Comments and collaboration was also a must, kudos to Instapage.

Intapage was easy to learn and start creating landing pages. We tested a few, most notably Unbounce, and chose Instapage largely due to this. Their customer service has been pretty solid - not lightning fast but not slow either, and very thorough. I have found them to be willing to get their hands dirty and dig in when we have an issue instead of automatically copying and pasting as stock answer. Instapage has a competitive feature set, but I wish some were available in lower packages though. For instance, some Google Analytics features require custom code snippets – but they were kind enough to send the code. We have an untraditional use for landing pages, so we had to upgrade a few extra levels just for a few features, even though we don’t use most of them.

I find the Support inconsistent. The response time for a ticket rates a "1" (poor). If a ticket needs to be generated because the live chat agent could not answer, response time has been days to weeks for straightforward questions that should have been answered immediately or within a couple of hours by someone with minimum engineering knowledge. That experience has been unacceptable. And these were tickets generated by the live chat agent and forwarded to engineering so I had already had the experience of taking to someone that was unable to assist with the issue initially. And we have been told that some integrations were not possible by your engineers, and we found someone to make the integrations.

If I ask a live chat question the live chat agent can answer, generally they are helpful; however, the experience is inconsistent (rate 3-5). At times they do not answer the question in enough detail that is specific to our account. For example, I asked a question about a specific landing page and provided the URL. The support agent said all I needed to do was add a certain string of characters to the URL to get directed to where I needed to go. If I had ended the chat there and taken their word for it I would have left the chat with information that was incorrect. Instead I verified and tested the information they had provided while on the chat, and it was not correct. The agent had not actually gone to the URL of our landing page and looked, they had just given me a "canned" answer. Finally the agent actually went to the page and provide the specific URL that I needed, which is what they should have done in the first place, instead of giving a generic answer. I felt like it was a strategy to get a customer off the chat and end the session quick, instead of providing customized help.

I have found the Systems editing capabilities of LPs to be inconsistent. I have attempted to
- edit forms on the LPs and your System kicks me out to other screens
- scroll when editing and your scroll bars do not work.
In both cases I am conducting basic editing.
