You have a decent service, but you don't provide an efficient way to communicate bugs or service flaws. You also don't provide a public roadmap of things you are working on, and support forum answers are all like "Thank you. We will see what can we do in the future". For example, spam protection (a simple captcha) should be at top of your priorities to avoid fake leads. There were other very simple considerations (as simple as changing a value in your config, because of an old limitation) that won't never be implemented on your side and difficult us our job.

Instapage is very easy to use and effective. No needs for advanced web skills.

I think it’s the best landing page platform out there — it has the most polished UX, and the best templates (after trying many others, including Lead Pages and ClickFunnels).

But the pricing is a bit expensive for fewer features. For example, Lead Pages comes with a/b testing at its $79/month tier, but InstaPage's $79 tier doesn't come with it -- I’d have to spend $129/month to get access to that feature on InstaPage.

I still decided to become a paying customer because I think it’s a great platform! But pricing is my only gripe!

It was good until they doubled the price with customer service not taking responsibility and not bothering to give a straight answer.
it was $350 a year and now it is $828 if you pay in advance with the cheapest option which they are forcing everyone to do, I will go elsewhere I still have 6 months left and now I can't even get my pages to work

Great platform! Easy to use. AWESOME template designs. And the live chat feature, if you have a question, is actually responsive and helpful wiith a real person!

I really enjoyed the experience with Instapage an after competing the offer with Hubspot I really believe we will go forward with you.

I am not looking for a gift card on Amazon. I rather get help to build a great landing page.

Im very satisfied! Great service and a great product. Making professional looking- and functioning pages are super easy. Instapage has become one of my most important tools for my business.

Outstanding product! I run a digital agency that specialises in small businesses. We often find that the business has a plan for advertising but doesn’t understand the value or importance in having somewhere amazing for people to land after clicking on their ads. Instapage gives my agency and clients the ability to have beautifully well crafted and responsive landing pages, that drive conversions and positive customer interactions and experiences.

Its a good experience to lean and make easy landing pages, maybe need more options for transform images and text

Instapage is a core app in my growth toolkit. Not only do I use it for high converting sales pages in the region of 30-40%, but I also use it to build other tools and small apps. Why is Instapage great for these other solutions too?

Instapage is simple. Drag and drop tells me exactly what my web visitors are going to see. This is soo much easier now with the custom style editor too, but safety is not sacrificed because I can't screw up the styling elsewhere on my page - it's just for finetuning individual elements.

Instapage is rapid. Not only for me designing pages (I have surpassed 100+ pages), but also for my visitors - it loads swiftly and executes tracking code quickly.

Instapage has analytics baked in. I love that the interface tells me what interests me, and not other superfleous information. It's visits and its conversions - that's what I need to know. Is this page building my busness, or wasting my budget? Simples.

Instapage plays nicely. A core requirement for any tool in my 'core' toolkit -is that it plays nicely elsewhere. And instapage does: API and Webhooks allow me to integrate with other tools: Wordpress, Zapier, Drip and many more. I have yet to find something I can't built in this tool

Instapage is robust. A page has never not loaded for me or a visitor. It just works for growth, all the time.

Best landing page product out there. Friendly team. Would not consider using any other LP platform!
