Let's get the 1 negative point out of the way. The impression given was that the item I ordered was coming from within the UK. However it didn't it came from HongKong.
Having said that the item was as described and at one of the best prices I found. The item was on a 3 day delivery which took longer due to flights being delayed in Cologne as the runway was melting. This was instashot's fault and i'm sure it would have arrived as promised had this not happened.
The price paid included shipping and import taxes, so very pleased. Based on this one purchase I would consider using them again.

Lens arrived on time and in great condition. Second time using the site and no regrets.

Although the initial contact was good, unfortunately it stopped there. I received my camera in the time allotted but the tamper seal was broken. I could see no reason for this other than someone else may have already had the camera and returned it. I wrote to them twice and still have still not received a reply.

First Time Ordering, received tracking within 24hrs and was able to track all along the way, would definitely use again. I was a bit wary but thankfully all is good so far. The only downside is Fedex/TNT gave a 9hr timeframe in which they would deliver, compared to likes of DPD who text and give a one hour time frame for delivery, but that is not Instashots fault

Arrived as promised with excellent parcel tracking. Still getting to know the Sony RX10 MkIV but impressed so far. It seems to be power hungry so glad i bought an extra twin pack of batteries.

Purchased lens online from store with 4 day delivery time, lens arrived in 3.5 days from Hong Kong, brand new in box.
Just in case anyone is unclear about a warranty, you only need the Nikon box the equipment came in if purchased from a store in the UK or you need the serial number from the equipment, which you register on your Nikon account online and you are covered by the Nikon warranty no matter which country you purchased the product.

But please do not use TNT for delivery they are very very unreliable

I bought a 70-200GM Sony lens for around £500 cheaper than in stores. I was a bit wary at first and was surprised to see it was coming via Hong Kong!!! But I needn’t had worried ... it arrived in the timescale provided (about a week or something) and was totally brand new and exactly as described. Super lens. Would recommend this site. “They do what they say on the tin”. Good guys. Looking now to get the 100-400GM from them.

ordered a canon 7d mk 2 camera on the 26th apl -delivered on 3rd may exactly 1 week.excellent service, good tracking with UPS,followed all the way from Hong Kong via UAE .and germany to standsted arrived at 0330, sent to norwich by 0630. and delivered to my house at 0950 .2 hours ahead of delivery estimate. I registed the camera on the canon uk web site with no problems, Very good Instashot i will buy from you again.

I do not like the fact that Instashot portrays itself as a UK store in London then the goods are drop shipped from Hong Kong.

Not happy to be contacted by UPS to be told my import from Hong Kong will arrive .... and can I complete the importation information form.
