Ordered from instasmile over 2 months ago, paid for express production, and they don't mention that they source the product from some where else so I'm thinking they make the teeth there and ship them back to me, but no, they send you impressions, receive the impressions, ship them elsewhere and have to wait for them to ship it back. they are telling me the teeth were made in the 15 day time frame even though they haven't even gotten the teeth shipped back to them. I ordered the teeth because I'm going out of the country tomorrow and I can't believe I have to go see my family with no front tooth. this is the most embarrassing thing that could have happened to me. they won't give me my money back either..

Great bunch of people & nothing is to much for them if you require help. The product itself is amazing & I’ve just ordered another set as back up just incase ! 11/10

wore my veneres properly for the 1st time at the weekend. Fitted really well, and went on smoothly. Soon forgot i had them on and enjoyed the night. Fitted so well, no movement at all. highly recommended

I had a really disappointing experience with Instasmile.

Before purchasing, I contacted them to confirm whether their product would be suitable for my needs. Based on their response, I went ahead with the order.
After payment, they then confirmed in writing that the product would not actually achieve what I needed.

I immediately asked to cancel my order at this point, but they refused to help despite knowing the product would not be suitable.

The only item I received was an impression kit (listed as £0.00), and no actual product was ever made or delivered.
Despite this, the seller informed PayPal that the item had been delivered, which was misleading as I had not received the actual product I paid for.

I then had to go through a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back, and was even asked to return the impression kit (which was not the paid product) in order to receive a refund.

The whole process was unnecessarily stressful, confusing, and time-consuming.

I would advise others to be cautious, as even after confirming suitability in advance, the outcome did not match what was discussed.

I think they have made a big difference to my confidence on being able to smile again without a big gap in my front teeth. They are comfortable to be worn all day without causing any discomfort. Thank you for restoring my smile.

Unfortunately, cannot eat with them, as bite is on rear of them only. The solution a video, showing details that means opening both sides of mouth, using 2 fingers, showing different details.. Unfortunately, living alone, no neighbours within several miles, nearest family 600 miles away, I cannot open mouth fully, as need both hands to open mouth, and another hand to take video, impossible for an 95 year oldI was going to get bottom set as well, but bite would be even further apart.I imagine veneers that just clip on the front would work fine, not veneers that clip over back and front of teeth. for me, the solution would be be to look for veneers, that clip on front of teeth only. THEIR SUGGESTION?. Stand phone in front of me, use both hands to take video. Sensible suggestion. Tried for over an hour, have now given up, and thrown them in the bin. If you have any doubt, do not buy.

Having had crowns for nearly 50 years wear and tear had left me with gaps and a very poorly fitting fakse teeth plate.

Before investing in turkey teeth i thought lete try instasmile clip ons and see. Im amazed. Yes they take time to get used too but they are amazing.

Okay i still have the mess underneath but there not painfull and instasmile have given me back alot of my self confidence that id started to lose.

Even if i do go for turkey teeth in a years time . This is a good investment

Really really happy with my instasmile. The process was painless. My only slight regret is that I went for the natural white. Because I thought Hollywood white would be too white. And in fact turns out even the natural white is abit too out there. So I should have gone with ivory instead. But all in all AMAZING!!!!!

I’m on my 4th set of uppers over 6 years, daily drivers!! Top notch service and top notch quality!! Now I have a new set of uppers and lowers, fit is perfect everytime!! I’m not sure what I would have done without these!!
