Instasmile is a joke!

Instasmile is a joke!! Do not buy anything from them. I tried to do the impressions 8 times and was told Everytime it wasn't good enough. Asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund me because I was past the refund window. So they stole my money!!! Terrible experience dealing with them. After reading what others have went through with this company I believe we should all get together and file a lawsuit against them. Monday I will be contacting a lawyer I will definitely let everyone know how it goes!!

Regarding your order please refer to our Refund Policy as you did not ask for a refund you asked for help and we advised you that you could reactivate your expired order by purchasing a new kit.

Our Refund Policy on the site states:

"Aged Orders (Older than 6 months but within 12 Months)
Your order stays active for 6 months from when you receive the impression kit.

If it’s been longer without contact, it expires (to keep things fresh and accurate).
Want to restart? We will charge a $75.00 reactivation fee (this will includes a new impression kit with return shipping). Payment will be made via an invoice and must be paid in full before we can reactivate your order.
Prefer to cancel instead? We can process a cancellation (exceptional cases) minus a$160 admin fee."

Very fast service

Very fast service. Always updating you via email as to progress.
Delivery of mouth impressions kit was within 2 days. Emails received to confirm when delivered to them plus a date of completion.
Mould ready within 3 weeks and delivered on date promised.
The clip on is very easy to use,comfortable when in and comes in its own storage with cleaning instructions.
My only drawback is that I feel "all teeth" and not confident yet to wear them outside of my home as they do change your look completely. But that is my hang up and has nothing to do with the product.

Unprofessional and misleading company

Order number: 20065540 for DB. I ordered from this company and they mislead me to believing they would covered first molars. Before placing my order i clearly selected the reason for the vineers, which was to cover missing teeth. Also the questionnaire never ask specifically what tooth were missing. After placing my order for both upper and lower row the total was about $400. After I paid them,they requested pictures. I took the pictures before they sent the impressions. At this point they clearly saw which teeth were missing. At that point they could of told me I was not a candidate and gave me a refund..But instead they kept the money and proceeded to mislead me. The onIy thing they told me were the very back teeth were not covered. Based on my understanding very back means last tooth on each row. Anyhow I waited about a month after sending the impressions. When the veneers arrived to my surprised none of the molars were covered only up to the premolars and the material used is cheap plastic. I explained what happened and the representative had to make up some stupid lie to try and cover their ass. Please stay away from this company and just see a real dentist. It's not worth the headaches, financial lost and stress. This company won't issue a refund even if they mess up. They will tell you some bullshit stating this is their final position on this matter and ignore you.

Customer service was top tier

Customer service was top tier, I order the straightening smile package and when it arrived it was much more bulky and "fake looking" than I had anticipated. I waited a week before reaching out to see if I was going to adjust, and when I did not I reached out and the customer service team helped me in the right direction. They informed me on the different types of instasmiles they offered and I made a much more informed decision after speaking with customer care. I received my new and improved order and have been over to top happy with my order. Thank you for giving me my confidence back.

Smiling Again

I ordered a top set of vaneers after losing one of my front teeth in an accident. Firstly I had my dentist make me a single denture but found I could not eat properly with this denture in my mouth and eventually lost the denture while on a holiday having removed it to eat. Then I came across INSTASMILE and decided to try vaneers and I am so glad I did. With the vaneers I have the smile I had as a child and feel so much more confident wearing my new vaneers. The process of making the impressions is easy with a home kit they send you and them a little wait of 3 weeks before you receive a wonderful smile. So my experience was fantastic and I have a great smile again so 5 star from me.

Absolute rubbish

When I initially ordered my instasmile I was extremely happy with the results. I could eat with them and they felt really natural. Then my top set snapped. I contacted instasmile and they said they would send me a new top set. When I received them they looked nothing like the original set I’d paid £400 for. They resembled the cheap rubbish off Temu. No clips so I can no longer eat with them and they actually make me gag because they are so bulky. Then my bottom set snapped. Instasmile weren’t happy even though they were still under guarantee. After me having to be assertive they finally said they would give me a new set out of “goodwill “. Even though I still had a guarantee. I finally received a pair of cheap crappy veneers that don’t even fit my mouth. I wouldn’t use this company ever again. It’s a total con. Inferior rubbish. A total waste of £400.

As part of our ongoing product development, we now use updated design software and improved dental-grade materials to provide greater strength and durability. Because of these upgrades, replacement instasmiles may not be an exact replica of earlier versions, as each set is digitally designed to suit the impressions provided and to complement your individual smile. When you received your new top one you advised they were amazing as usual but that your bottom set had now broken. We provided various suggestions and in your case, we replaced both the top and bottom arches using the measurements from your previous impressions. While only one claim remained under the guarantee, the additional arch was provided as a goodwill gesture so that you received a full matching set.

It’s also normal to experience a short adjustment period when you first start wearing clip-in veneers while your mouth adapts to their presence. This typically settles within 1–2 weeks as you become more accustomed to wearing them.

Major Rip-off

There is no constructive criticism for what I received today after spending $400 for tops & lowers. They look like I got them out of a bubble gum machine. Those wax teeth you get at halloween are of far better quality. I am disgusted at myself for falling for the hype. But I was really hopeful for something that would work. There were some good reviews. But I have no idea what those people were talking about because these are utter trash. Cheap, plastic, ill-fitting horse teeth that make me look like Jim Carrey in Mask. Just dont do it.

Just break repeatedly

3 sets in as many months, every set has broken in the same place. Insurance only covers first set, so have to buy any subsequent ones. Product fits relatively well, comfortable and looks fine, just not durable.

Don't waste your money or time

"I ordered a full set of upper and lower clip-on veneers from Instasmile. The bottom pair fit and worked fine, but the top pair cracked and broke within just 4 hours of first use.
I contacted customer service within days and followed their process exactly. They asked for proof, so I sent two photos plus a video clearly showing the cracked veneers. The initial form had no option to attach files, so I called support. A helpful lady advised me to simply email the photos and video, and said she would note it on my account. I did exactly that.
I then received an email saying I couldn't just email evidence and had to use the form instead. I completed the form (which now allowed attachments) and sent everything again. Next, they emailed saying they didn't want a video of the broken veneers outside my mouth — they wanted one with the veneers in my mouth so the crack was visible. Even though the breaks were on the back, I did this too.
Finally, I got an email claiming that from the new video they "couldn't see any defects," and because the whole process had taken longer than 14 days, I was no longer entitled to any help, replacement, or refund. I now have a completely useless product that broke almost immediately.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and time-wasting experience with contradictory instructions and zero resolution. I will be filing a chargeback through my credit card and will never purchase from Instasmile again."

The Visuals of the broken venners were sent with the first week as requested!!

My advise DO NOT USE INSTASMILE find another company that actually cares about the product they send out and their customers

Thank you for your message and for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the issues you've described and understand how frustrating this situation must feel.

After reviewing the case, we can see that the required visuals were unfortunately not provided within the evidence submission timeframe. As outlined in our policy, evidence of a potential manufacturing defect must be submitted within 7 days of reporting the issue, and the Manufacturer’s Warranty period covers the first 14 days after delivery.

Because the requested visuals showing the veneers clearly in use were not received within these timeframes, we’re unable to determine whether the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect. For this reason, the case unfortunately falls outside the warranty conditions.

With all warranties there are timeframes that need to be adhered to and we regret that was not the case here.

In view of this we advised that a new order and new impressions were the only advice we could provide if you wanted a new product.
