I engaged 3 providers when looking for the best overall solution and InStyle was by far the most impressive.
Great to see a large company staying true to the stuff that made it successful back when it was only small. Still putting customers and quality first.

The sales pitch was great and I was told that I would make a profit of $188 per quarter (salesperson did say oh you will probably get $200 but for official purposes $188) The actually profit from the first full quarter was $46. I was a bit miffed and questioned it and they took no responsibility as it was only an estimate based on my previous history. Basically they don’t care once the deal is done and they put it back on me saying my habits must have changed. Which they have not! Also the estimated time to recoup my $7500 investment was 3.5 - 4 years. Not true at this rate it will take at least 7 years. Bargain with the quoted price as my first estimate was $9000 for 6.6 kw system. My feed in tariff is 0.15. I’m paying 0.24 outgoing

We couldn’t be happier with our choice in choosing InStyle Solar to install our new Solar System. InStyle we’re very helpful in explaining everything and showing us the savings we would be able to achieve. Unlike our old solar system we owned which was not performing the way it should. The consultant that they sent to our home was very Friendly, Professional and Informative and made the switch very simple which we found really accommodating putting our minds at ease because we are time poor with work. I was given Instyle Solars information from a friend when talking about solar systems. From the beginning of the consultation to the final install the service and communication have been excellent. There was a stage where i thought the system was not performing as advertised and i raised my concerns with Instyle. Instead of being defensive they were very helpfully and provided me full details of my systems performance for that period and mapped it back against what i was originally told and the system was actually performing better that i thought. I also had there electrical work check by my electrician and he was also complementary of the professional work. Over all very impressed and glade i made the decision the go with Instyle

I had a great experience with Instyle Solar. Everything well explained and super friendly staff. The installers were fast, friendly and very tidy.

The process of getting solar can be confusing and difficult. However, the team from Instyle Solar made it so much easier. They are with you every step of the way and will answer your inquiry in a timely manner.

Most of my communications with Instyle are by email (great for those who dislike talking on the phone), and the only time I had to get on a call is with I make the switch to a different energy provider in the later stages of the process.

There are different choices of hardware you can choose from based on your budget, and so far they are performing better than expected.

I would recommend anyone to go through Instyle Solar to start their journey on getting solar for their properties!

From my first phone call, till after the installation, great service.

I had many questions, George was able to any question that i asked of him.

Instyle Solar are a professional and honest organisation that installed the solar system quickly and efficiently. The system has been in place for over a month and it is working really well. I am pleased with the outcome and professionalism of all the staff that attended my home before, during and after the installation. From Scott at the beginning of the process to Mark and his team who installed it, to the follow up visit by Tom and Kurt who attended to make a repair of my roof and finally to Gary the painter who made good the damage to the ceiling. I must mention the telephone staff who were very kind in taking messages and following up the escalation process on my behalf. Thank you.

My interactions with my account manager David was superb. Any questions either by email, message or phone were quickly attended to and dealt with quickly. You can imagine the stress when I realised I had a leak in my roof and in the middle of all the recent storms, when this was reported to Instyle Solar they quickly attended my home with a no quibble and can do will do attitude. It certainly put my mind at rest and all issues were resolved really quickly.

This is an honest and true statement of the service that I received. I cannot recommend Instyle Solar enough, they are awesome.

We had a 6.6kw solar system installed by InStyle solar. Removed old system and took it away installed new one. Communication and installation dates went without a hitch. Cleaned up and polite installers. Why would you use anyone else first power account proved to us we did the right thing.

Instyle Solar are the consummate professionals of Solar industry in QLD. I did my research before contacting these guys, and when Brock Bowen arrived and went through absolutely everything with me, I knew I had picked a great Aussie company that are in business for all the right reasons. Brock went above and beyond to put me at ease at every turn and put no absolutely no pressure on me to make an on the spot uninformed decision. I honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough, let the numbers speak, as they make it a no brainer in the end. From the first appt with them I had a wonderful consultant( Hugo) who explained everything in clear detail. Worked out with us what we needed and when it would be done. Even showed right then where they would be installed on the roof. The installation team were here on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone.

From the first phone call I could tell I had finally found a company that understands what the customer needs from a Solar installer. The on-site representative helped us find a great solution for our home that not only accommodated the financials, but importantly met the technical and cosmetic requirements to fit with our home design...something others had failed to do and was the reason we hadn't purchased before. The installers were on time, efficient, friendly and technically excellent. Our system is working to the specification of the design and we are happy we've made the change. Brock was infinitely patient and had no trouble explaining what I needed to know to make my decision, in terms that I was able to clearly understand.
