InsulationBee Shop LTD Reviews

InsulationBee is fair and fast! We quickly found what we wanted and reached out to them with some questions. They got back to us almost instantly and we received our equipment within 3 days. It's great!

Great company, used on multiple occasions, very helpful staff, great prices, quick delivery, highly recommended

Useless plenty of times and every time I have received an incredible service.

This is one of those occasions when even 1 star is too much. Placed an online order for insulation slabs (order number 3958), only to be told that because of quantity and location the order will be cancelled. Guys, you set the delivery price. You can set a minimum order value. If all you want are large orders within the M25, then don't advertise nationwide. A complete and utter waste of time.

Great service and price from start of order( 2 days ago) to delivery of specialist kingsman insulation( a lot of it) delivered as promised. I couldn’t have asked for more. A very efficient and professional service. I won’t be going elsewhere in future for our new house build materials.

InsulationBee Shop LTD is an excellent company where you can purchase insulation products for your building(s) without any sort of procrastination because most, if not all, of the things that you will need will always be on there; taking into account the competitive prices which you will not find anywhere else.

In case you need any support then the Customer Service will always be available so that they are always ready to help you for any of your inquiries.

Great company for all your insulation and building needs ! There’s so much to choose from from your thermal tape all the way to Cedral Cladding. Customer service is also great, so you can always have that piece of mind for a smooth service.

An outstanding company for your insulation materials and more! Not to mention their excellent customer service provided to their customers. Currently working for the company!

A brilliant company to work for with brilliant staff to help you along the way, the perfect role if you’re looking to be self sufficient (help was always available if needed). Working with the products the company has to offer, with countless hours of researching everything in the catalog it made me appreciate all the hard work it takes to keep homes warm for our families. My experience here was exceptional with skills that I can pass along other sectors and roles, highly recommend working for Insulation Bee.

Ordered items 7 weeks ago still haven’t arrived no emails to explain why, every time I call they promise to call back and don’t bother

Avoid this company

Bought Kingspan Kooltherm K108 from IB. Extremely good customer service and gave me a great price compared to other online companies. I was kept informed from order to delivery. Very quick delivery time, other suppliers can't get the Kooltherm so quickly. It arrived bang on the original estimated date. Will definitely be using them again.
Thank you Insulation Bee :)

Product as described and supplied at a good price. Had to chase delivery as had not heard anything after 3-4 days of placing order. Some one replied straight away after I sent email regarding delivery date and the goods were dispatched. Would use again.

I cannot fault the prices and the customer services of IB. A mix up at the depot led to the wrong materials being delivered, but they were quickly on the case to sort the correct batch.

It is a shame that there are no decent couriers left who value customer satisfaction though. Not IB's fault though as I've had the same issues when receiving other goods by the same couriers. I now have a load of boards stuck on my drive obstructing it as the couriers cannot recover it with the vehicles they have!

Helpful customer service.
Had in stock what I was looking for, competitively priced.
Delivered when they said they would.
Even the delivery guys were great.
Will definitely use again.

Got my external wall insulation from them. Very helpful, competitive prices, and they know what they are talking about. I highly recommend them!

I ordered loft insulation, but later on realized I also could have ordered some insulation boards as well. One phone call and it was added to my order and all items received the next day. Full marks.

Ordered up loft insulation. Realised that there was another item needed shortly afterwards. Telephoned to see if it could be added to the order. Staff very helpful and item added to original order saving additional transport cost.
Very competent service with a smile. Will order again in the future.

I'm not a builder or installer, but knew what I had to find. Many places were either not in stock or needed to be emailed to find if they had stock. InsulationBee were the quickest, most helpful and most importantly delivered as promised on time. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to deal with Insulation Bee. The prices were great and the level of service received exceeded my expectations. Thanks Guys!
