Worst Customer Service EVER
I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life as I have from InsuranceFair. I purchased a wedding insurance policy in 2018 in readiness for my wedding in 2020. Due to the pandemic situation we needed to extend the policy to cover our new wedding date, which was outlined in their COVID FAQs as being a possibility. I am yet to have that policy extended, over 20 months since my initial contact with them. They have been instructed by the Financial Ombudsman Service to do just this, but still nothing. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid them. Do not use them. Awful
