It's a waste of time very good in talking about it & give u the wrong information about the insurance u purchased by paying for it straight away.Then rolls over like a football.at the if we have to sort it out have to purchase another policy from more experience companies.Its a waste of time dealing with this crowd wasting your time money and stress with it it's the bonus of it dealing with this crowd

absolutely worst company ever , won't transfer my van insurance onto a hire vehicle , simple things that everywhere else in the world are no problem .
Ireland's insurance monopoly at it's worst .
disgusted with it'service , will be lodging an official complaint to the ombudsman.

Robert replied to query quickly & sorted the issue.

After many years insuring my van with this company, I decided to change to small car to save money as van was no longer needed.
I took out a new insurance with another company for my new old car. I could not get insurance disc sent out to me because of a small technical hiccup, most likely caused by use of AI.
This took almost two weeks to rectify. If it wasn't for Lauren Moloney of insuremyvan,who bent over backwards to accommodate me, I think it never would have been sorted. Pity more companies don't employ people like this.

This morning after putting this call off since January I rang and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Robert Mulligan. From the get go he immediately put ne at ease. On medical grounds I was cancelling my husbands policy. A difficult situation made very easy & pleasant by Robert. Within a few minutes everything was explained and taken care of. This was a van insurance but I now see they also do car insurance. When my car insurance comes up for renewal they will definitely get the first opportunity to quote me. In the age of technology its always scary when you hear to go on line, but to speak to a friendly helpful voice like Robert's was a pleasure. Thanks again Robert
