I paid 249 pounds on Friday to insure…

I paid 249 pounds on Friday to insure my car(comprehensive coverage), and have been told that I can drive my car to work but after checking online I saw that my car it's still not insured. I'm very frustrating.I tried to contact you multiple time unfortunately I wasn't able to talk to anybody.

Worst insurance company!!!

Worst insurance company!!!
I was their client for more than 7 years without any claims and my insurance every year was changed for £2-7 pounds!!! Wnen I compared to other insuranse companies I was shocked!!! INSURE YOUR MOTOR carInsurance price was incrised for more than 70% !!!!!! Can you amagine???!!!!! Worst car insurance company ever I seen!!!

Worst car insurance company ever

Worst car insurance company ever. My monthly premiums were increased by more than £50 because they said I didn’t declare my motoring convictions. I had & on listening to the conversation with the agent they admitted their mistake & amended my monthly payments. Following month payments increased by £30, this was because I hadn’t sent my no claims evidence so my error, resolved once evidence sent. Just looked at my emails & my monthly payments have increased again. I can’t see the ‘important message’ on my online portal. Rang the number which says they’re open till 20:30 only for the automated message to say office hours are till 8. I’m going to contact the FCA tomorrow because this isn’t right. I’ve only had my insurance with them 3 months & so far every month there’s been an increase in my monthly payments. Never had this problem with insurance companies in the past.
Update* I have never had an issue with customer services, they have always been very polite & honest. My insurance is now sorted, they guy admitted it was an error on their part & my payments are what they should be.

Let me join to my unlucky fellow people to give the worst experience ever. cancellation fees are above immagination been with them for 26 days and they charged me 453 pounds. hwo one of the commenters wrote here earlier: "Daylight cowboys" They do not realize that they robbing poor people off. I belive it will all come back to you guys one day what you do to all these poor people.

I have been trying to cancel this for 3…

I have been trying to cancel this for 3 weeks due to giving the car back and your website and phone numbers just keep sending me round the houses and making it impossible to cancel. I call up, put my details in and you give me the brokers number to call and it’s the same number I had already dialled. Please can someone call me. I’m livid

Worst insurance company I have sold my…

Worst insurance company I have sold my car and they’re asking me to pay £700 for cancellation but the cancellation fee is £125.They also added excess £3000.Never get this insurance ever they’re scammers.

Absolute robbery!

This is by far the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had, from the very beginning the process wasn’t easy going.

I recently sold my car, so I called to cancel my policy and because I’m on finance i was asked to pay 580 pounds just to cancel the policy!
And the other option is to add an alternative car to the same policy ( in that case you’ll save 125 pounds cancellation fee, which u’ll be bound to for life! )
The quote I received from them to insure my car was 1200 pounds for the next 6 months, while the quotes I’m getting from compare the market or confused are around 500 pounds for the whole year.

I’ve been running in circles for the past 3 days, the least waiting time to speak to customer service was 25 mins and the longest was slightly over an hour, and if the line hangs up, they won’t call u back and u’ll have to go through the process all over again.

I feel stuck, probably will have to pay 580 pounds to cancel, which at this point sounds 10 times better than using their services.

DON’T DEAL WITH THEM!

EVERYONE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is such a nightmare of a company to deal this, all they do is try to steal your money in any possible way they can, for example be aware that their cancellation policy is over £100 and not only that but you don’t get a full refund from the remaining balance of your policy if you do cancel but they only refund a set amount which is unacceptable since they charge so much for a cancellation fee. I cancelled my policy and they’re telling me I have to pay an excess of £500 for whaaaat ??? Absolutely horrendous also had to call so many times in order to manage to cancel my insurance and once I did cancel I also got charged and extra month AFTER I cancelled with no explanation. Please do yourself a favour and go for another company that doesn’t take advantage of people and isn’t all for stealing peoples money. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NEVER HAD SUCH DISTRESS CAUSED BY A COMPANY.
