Great reasponses, swift actions and completed within 3weeks.

Very pleased with the overall service.

First and last time
They were slow, didn’t do what they said they would by the deadlines they sat. Poor communication, unhelpful over the phone and didn’t reply to emails. Would avoid.

They on purpose completed within a month before we were about to switch onto variable rate despite average time being 3 months. Thank you
Remortgage

Zero contact information
Zero contact information, purely a single inbox that you will wait days/weeks for any response. no guidance, no contact, pulling your hair out useless
If you want to be ignored, your case stalled, come here!
If you want to be ignored, your case to stall, have your conveyancing done by Integrar!
Set up a remortgage with TSB they used this useless conveyancer. No phone number only an e mail they don't reply to. Send 3 e mails over a week . 2 weeks since they last communicated wanted £100 to do unnecessary work.
'Your Conveyancer' had another remortgage started 2 weeks after this lot and completed, while this lot are still handling the first! So asked TSB to move from Integrar to Your Conveyancer.
Unacceptable Communication at Critical Point in Transaction
Very poor communication from Integrar.
We have repeatedly asked over the past three days for confirmation that our solicitor, Chris, can meet a proposed completion date next week. This has not been addressed.
Instead, we have received responses on unrelated points, and most recently an email with no sign-off, leaving us unclear who is even taking responsibility for our case.
This lack of responsiveness and accountability in a time-critical transaction is unacceptable and risks delaying the entire chain.
Charged a fee for correcting their error
Without consulting me Integrar arranged to draw too much down from my new mortgage provider and then charged me a fee to correct their mistake and transfer me the balance.
What was especially grating was that I was the one who identified the error. If you want a team that will get their numbers wrong, rely on you to correct them and then charge you extra for their incompetence then I could not recommend anyone more than Integrar.
Ok but could have been better
This was a service was paid for by the mortgage company I was moving to otherwise my experience would have been rated a 3.
Whilst it was relatively straight froward there were time that emails were missed. The most important of these was around my ID validation which had a impact of delaying the completion date by 2 days.
I did not feel the assigned case worker was driving the process rather it was me monitoring and following up when stages seemed slow that highlighted small delays. So if it does not feel it is progressing my advice is to follow up as the case worker most likely is processing multi deals at once.
Things went very smoothly and…
Things went very smoothly and surprisingly quickly. The portal was very easy to use. Jake and Ashley were excellent and I appreciate their help.
Lots to do yourself.
I've re-mortgaged multiple times and found this to be the most complicated. Various sites to sign up to, a lot of paperwork (online and in person) - had to have others in my house hold sign things despite them not being on the mortgage, I've never had this before.
Multiple emails towards the completion asking for feedback.
Had additional costs, twice - also never had this with any other company.
Seamless process and great team
I worked with Callum and Jake to handle my Mortgage and they were absolutely fantastic.
Their web portal and team were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole process a breeze. All the work I needed to do was probably less than two hours and they managed a tight 4 week turnaround.
Great service, no complaints
I have no complaints about Integrar - very professional, helpful and responsive.
My caseworker was Holly H and she handled my case perfectly and efficiently.
Remortgage
The process they use is very user friendly and I can always check what I need to do
Portal is great, dealing with people is awful
While attempting to remortgage we were asked to use Integrar.
Registering with the the portal was fine, there were categories for the types of documents to upload and the interface was nice and easy, I was very happy, it was automated and efficient.
Then we started getting the emails. Generic emails where the communication is really poor.
Our first bad experience was with the bank statements. I uploaded bank statement for the last three months and then received an email notification asking for bank statements.
I uploaded the bank statements again, and then received another generic email asking for the bank statements.
I asked for clear instructions as to what I was doing wrong, and got nothing back.
After looking online, I found some guidance, they didn't want bank statements covering three months, they wanted bank statements that were issued over three months ago.
Uploading a fourth bank statement sorted that issue.
Then I got asked to print and sign the mortgage deed.
We printed, signed, sent it in.
A generic email asking for it was sent.
Fortunately I'd scanned before sending it, so I replied to the email with it as an attachment.
A generic email asking for it was sent.
I uploaded it to the portal.
I missed a phone call because I was at work. They followed up with an email saying they'd tried calling, they left no phone number to return the call.
A generic email asking for it was sent.
I replied to the email, asking for information about what was wrong and confirmation that none of the posted physical copy, the email attachment, and uploaded files had been received.
A generic email asking for it was sent.
I printed another copy, and sent it in.
A generic email asking for it was sent.
I replied to the email, asking for confirmation that none of the previous ones had been received, asking for confirmation of the postal address, and attaching another scanned copy.
I got a non generic email reply!
In this the postal address was confirmed, and a tracking number was asked for.
I replied, asking for confirmation that the emailed copies had not been received, the uploaded files couldn't be found, and none of the posted copies had been received.
A generic email asking for it was sent.
I've now posted a third physical copy, this time with a tracking number.
It's delayed the whole process by over a month, all because they refuse to communicate on a human level and answer questions you have, or just to provide clear instructions as to what they want.
