Terrible service which has cost me…

Terrible service which has cost me £100s. A simple remortgage but failed to complete on the correct day costing me extra interest payments and sent the wrong completion amount to mortgage company. This was final straw having been charged additional fees which weren’t explained and asked 5 times for info I had given them and repeatedly told me I was wrong. It was my bank account!! Jake Houlding-Ward said to provide names in my review - Hamza, Michelle and Yinxiao Zhu.

Does what it says on the tin

The remortgage process was uneventful and straightforward which is ideally what I like for these applications.
Integrar kept me updated for the entire process via their portal. Thanks Roo and team for keeping on top of this through the new year celebrations.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. Im assuming much of it is automated as I was being chased for documents I had already returned. When I emailed to seek clarification I got no reply or no straight answer.

Matthew was great and thorough with everything. The details of why the property was being surveyed were for some reason incorrect, but the service he gave and manner were excellent

Integrar provided his service on time

Integrar provided his service on time. They use an electronic system for communication and all updates are online. They do allocate a case worker, Carl, whom you can email directly. Carl did respond to our queries.
The service was good. I felt anxious that my remortgage wouldn’t complete on time due to the different ways of communication, which l found it difficult to follow. However, there was no delays.

Good attention to detail

Both Carl and Jake were on the ball with our remortgage that we recently completed and even spotted a couple of technical errors re our land registry that needed altering. happy with the responsiveness and quality of their work.

Chris was very helpful

Chris was very helpful, I had to call him as I found the documents very complicated and it would help to put everything into plain English.
I did note that some of the correspondence had typos in it, this should definitely be eradicated!

Absolutely brilliant service from this…

Absolutely brilliant service from this company , first found while scrolling on facebook. Could not fault the people and service received. From first call back the next day to completion. Special shout out to Gareth , Mark Bedwell and James, who all helped process my remortgage very efficiently and successfully. Definitely would recommend to friends and family .
