Steer Clear!
Came from Zapier, which is a good service but getting too expensive. Integrately advertised being able to do the same things, same triggers etc. Signed up for a year after some quick tests.
About a month in, I realised that my triggers were triggering for no reason. Contacted their support who told me that the triggers don't actually trigger - they look for historical data. What? Then they say they have fixed the triggers so that they trigger as they are should have in the first place - when an event happens. They assure me it is fixed.
Couple months later, same issue. For this specific example, the flow is meant to trigger when a new subscription is created. However it still ghost triggers after the event occurs for no particular reason. Spoke to their "support" and once again assure me it is fixed. Requested a refund based on the fact that their service didn't work as advertised and I'll go elsewhere. Told no, only within 30 days.
They are either terrible at what they do, or they are dishonest scammers. Highly recommend you steer clear of them. I'm going to try Ottokit and if that's no good I'll go back to Zapier where at least I know the triggers will work correctly (even if it's more expensive).

Ordered a 3D hangman game nearly two months ago, first they over charged me, I emailed them and they refunded me the over payment, but I still haven’t received the item, they’ve told me that because it’s with the carrier facility, they can’t refund my money. Yet they haven’t pushed them to find out where it is.
Not Trustworthy
Jack Eastwood book his staff to our hotel and left without paying the bill. Jack is not answering our phone calls since then. If you are thinking of this company please think carefully.
Fraudulent Billing But Sorted
Had an issue regarding Billing with Integrately, and after many back and forth was refunded for 3 months.
And account cancelled as I proposed. It took quite a while for this to be sorted but grateful it did.

Integrately transformed our business
Integrately has transformed our business. We couldn't function without it! Pricing is great and it works flawlessly. There is definitely a need for some basic technological knowledge and understanding, but I've never had an issue and the customer support has been fanctastic
Three Months Wasted – A Broken Service with No Accountability
The main issue is that the core functionality I needed—synchronization between two services—never worked. Despite months of communication, the problem was never resolved. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a refund, the support team repeatedly shifted the blame onto me, citing vague communication issues and internal policies.
To improve, the company should:
Take user feedback seriously and acknowledge when something isn’t working as expected.
Improve technical support by offering real solutions instead of deflecting blame.
Test integrations more thoroughly before advertising them as functional.
Offer refunds when the service clearly fails to deliver on its promises.
Communicate transparently and respectfully with users, especially when issues persist.
Poor Customer Support. No Refund Policy
Customer support was very rude. His name was Vivek Bhadochkar. I just got charged on my credit card, I forgot to cancel my subscriptions as I was not using the platoform. I just asked a refund of the current month and below was his words: "As you said you have cancelled the subscription now you can still use the subscription till the subscription end date." Better to use Pabbly or Zapier...

I'm really amazed about the their pricing compared to other platform available outside. The product support team is also superb in providing real time assistance to our inquiries.
I love integrately
I love integrately. It has allowed us to connect almost every process in our business. It saves on custom-coding of integrations. And eliminates the manual work to transfer data between systems. Pricing is exceptional, and support is on-point. During the week, they offer 24/7 chat, and replies are usually 5-10 minutes or less. Highly recommended!

Although the tech support was persistent, they were not always clear about their directions, and after about 3 hours of investigation still did not solve the issue. Gone to Zapier.

Actually a bit better organised than Zapier in terms of setting up automations, and a better price. Customer service was top notch. Not quite as many integrations but for most users they have all the main ones.

Vishnu did a great job on getting me started with the webhook connection app. I got the discount and came out to be about 30% cheaper than zapier.
Great Customer Service and a great no code solution.
They are amazing! I'm not very good with tech, so I'm always on the lookout for amazing no-code solutions. I was having issues with the system working but then after messaging the chat I was helped quickly to get everything set up and also after I was having more issues Vishnu started a Google meet and explained everything so well! Would recommend I have used both Zapier and Intergrately and the support here is so much better!

I don't understand anything about integrating apps but Integrately staff have always responded in Chat & created the Integrations I need. They were understood my needs & were very patient. Everything works correctly now!!!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to do it for integratly.
Siddhata was very friendly and together with her team helpful in setting up my routine and task.
Various fields had to be read out and then transferred.
After a few days including zoom call sessions, Siddhata was able to implement everything with her team as requested.
I would rate the fact that internal tasks are counted towards the volume as neutral.
This is different with other providers or even included without limit.
Siddhata found a solution with me.
I now have to see whether the price is right in the long term. because i produce per day ca 1k task volume :/
So no real negative feedback.
I only read the information that all tasks (including internal ones) are chargeable later, so no fault on the part of integratly
