Excellent service and very competitively priced
First time using integrity automotive for mechanical services as I thought they only sold cars. So glad I did, had new discs and pads to the front and rear plus wheel alignment and balancing for a price that the mainstream garages quotes were well in excess of! Easy to navigate website which gives the quote for the works and this is what I paid, no hidden extras! Will now be our go to garage for servicing and related maintenance works. THANK YOU! 😊

Poor Repairs Service.
Took my car in for repairs following a breakdown.
They misdiagnosed the extent of repair work required. Billed me for what they had done, but also informed me that substantial further work would be required before the car could be driven again.
They held on to my car for 6 MONTHS whilst I disputed payment of their invoice.
Would advise to be careful if you take a car in for repairs.... unless you can afford to live without it for half a year!!!

The Best Buying experience you can expect and a Highly Rated customers service for there Car Sales. I initially Started my Car Purchase on Auto Trader and then I found there Website, To which you can also book a call back. The Website is also highly presented in a professional, Detailed format to help you with your purchase I Received my Call Back & The Phone Call Was very professional, A friendly, outstanding service. I asked about the Vehicle details they were given immediately.. I received No questions to make you feel uncomfortable, Nicest People you can deal with in all honesty. They offer a great service and they deserve every pound for there vehicles. I kept in contact via Whats app and they were tremendous. On the Day of collection for my vehicle it was Immaculate, Deep cleaned, Well presented and High standards for the Vehicles, All covid-19 procedures were in place, The Showroom was immaculate and i was more than happy to proceed with the business..
