I dealt with Ollie for the purchase of my new car. He talked me step by step through every process needed and showed me around the car and on the test drive was very informative of the car. Will definitely be using integrity automotive and Ollie in the future!

Excellent sales customer service.

After a lot of looking around, my wife and I came across Integrity as we looked to replace my departed Honda CRV.

My first interaction was with the sales team by phone, arranging a time to come and look the Kia Sportage advertised on line. They couldn’t have been more polite and I was very happy with the initial contact.

On arriving, late on my part, I was greeted by Aaron who was polite and friendly. He seemed genuinely interested in me and what I was looking for, chatting over a hot drink.

We then looked at the vehicle and it was as described and in good condition for its age. More than happy on my part, especially after the test drive. So arranged a time to come and pick the vehicle up. Once we had finished on that day, they kindly gave me a lift home in the car I was looking to purchase so I could get a good feel for it in traffic. Many thanks to Jackson.

On the day of purchase, I had sorted my own finance out and this was no issue. Once the payment had been confirmed received, Aaron helped sort the tax online and all was set to go.

A little while after purchase, the handbrake light decided it didn’t want to come on and it was booked in to be looked at. Very easy, no bother and sorted quickly.

From the first contact with Integrity I have been impressed with their professionalism, customer service and attentiveness. I would happily deal with them again.

Ed looked after us very well and we were able to do the transaction on the same day. Ed went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable as he trawled through the paperwork.
A relatively good experience given the technically of buying a new car.

I’m really happy with the services I…

I’m really happy with the services I recieved. Had a warm welcome from the very first moment, staff were very polite and helpful in making an informed decision. Ed has been particularly very helpful to me and I won’t blink an eye to recommend.

Wonderful service


Wonderful service, been there twice with my Mercedes CLS350d. First time I had brake discs plus brake pads changed, excellent wrk. Then few weeks down the line I had engine light come on, Ryan and his team done a splendid job throughout to sort this out, explaining to me and keeping me posted throughout the whole process. Lucy lady at reception such a lovely person, she got back to me instantly whenever I send her an email to enquire. Well organised, keep up good work Lucy. Wonderful people ultimately, very fair with their quotes as well. Would definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicles fr service to integrity.

Was in contact with a guy called Ed

Was in contact with a guy called Ed, I asked a few questions about the car ( Jaguar XF ) ie service history , has the car been in an accident , would they accept an offer, told me the car had 3 JLR services the last one being 2019, I then asked if the car had any other service records as it seems odd that for six years 30,000 miles he could not tell me anything.... next I get this email from him............................

To be perfectly honest, I don't think that this will be the right car for you as we are not in a position to offer such a discount.

No counter offer nothing..... I've got to be honest I've never been treated in this way when I've wanted to buy a car, and I wonder if the owner of Integrity knows one of their staff has no Integrity ??? and turns away business !!!!!! So now we have a woke car dealer !!!!! one that doesn't enter into negotiations because they worry it may upset the customer !!!!! my god what's happened to the world we live in (We’re sorry that you feel disappointed ) NOOOO I'm not disapointed !!!! I wonder if it's allowed to call the car her.....god forbid....After reading their reviews I'm glad I didn't do business with these people.......... Integrity !!!!! read other people's reviews !!!!!! I doubt these cowboys could even spell it....... thier true colours are showing now.......Integrity ha ha ...................

Oh well seems I was right with my valuation ! , one in Beccles same colour, same year, low mileage with Full Service History ........£16,000 !!!! seems I had good luck after all, strange £2,000 below your price........... Straight Answer ??????

You asked for a straight answer, so here it is. Your enquiry centred on an offer of £2,000 below the clearly advertised price of the vehicle. This indicated from the outset that you were not in a realistic position to proceed at the price the car was being offered for.

Our pricing is transparent, and while we are always happy to have genuine conversations with serious buyers, we are equally entitled to decline business where an agreement is clearly not achievable.

Based on both the level of offer and the manner of communication, we made the decision not to proceed, a decision we are entirely comfortable with.

We stand fully behind Ed’s professionalism and the integrity of our team. Not every customer–vehicle match results in a sale, and on this occasion it was evident that no mutually agreeable outcome was possible.

Remember to do your checks

Unfortunately I can’t give more then a 2 start review due the car I bought had previous damage on a car vertical report I did after buying car. I did the car vertical after buying the car due to to a few suspicious items on car I never noticed on the car when buying it , it was from a established dealer with good reviews so I assumed there was no need for concern, I’ve contacted the dealer since and they said the evidence of the boot contact with bumper and the missing/broken rivets on the wheel arch trim and the car vertical report wasn’t evidence to prove it has previously been damaged
Which I find hard to believe that car vertical can give false information, They have offered to see the car to sort the issues but unfortunately my issue is having a damaged marker on a car report , I genuinely wouldn’t of purchased the car in the first place if I done my checks first I would of happily took back for a refund which I think would of happened if I took Finaince out on the car , I’ve wrote this review so anyone reading will remember to do your checks before buying

Bought our car from Integrity…

Bought our car from Integrity Automotive this week. Very happy at how they treated us, friendly staff. Looked after us and even picked us up from the station on collection day.
Everything was completed easily and quickly.

AVOID buying low cost 2nd hand cars from this crew

I wouldn’t use this company for lower cost 2nd hand cars. Showroom looks great with its McLaren, BMW X7 and Porsche in the showroom, but I was there to buy a £14000 BMW X1. Given I had a 150 mile round trip I sent Aron over 20 photos of my car, and after 3 or 4 days reluctantly to price I wanted for my 2013 BMW X5. It was all smiles when I got there had a coffee etc before viewing the car. The car a BMW X1 2020 94000 miles was ready to view and was I disappointed. I could have cleaned it better by hand. All down the passenger side were light scratches made by bushes driving on country roads, but then the biggest, deepest scratch, over 6 inches long over the drivers wheelarch, anyone would have expected it to be repaired as a matter of pride in their cars.
Then to my car and all my photos, offered me £1000 less due to a problem with the heating unit and tyres, claiming a fault in the ECU. The car is 2013, the heating works perfectly well if their engineer had put on the right settings.
Not only did he not put on the right settings, but dislodged the vents so they no longer slide, and disconnected the glove box button so it can’t open. Checked the heating on my wet 75 mile journey home. I have since removed the heating panel, checked the heating works perfectly fault or no fault and re-attached the glove box.
I genuinely feel they got me up there to knock down the price once I was there, and so disappointed in the preparation of the car I was going to buy. AVOID

Really good experience

It was a really good experience buying our Skoda from Integrity Automotive. We saw the car on Autotrader, reserved it, and then went into the dealership a couple of days later. Paul, the salesman at the Ipswich showroom was really professional and explained everything to us.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t drive the car away on the same day as it was a bank holiday and the car was missing its V5 document. This meant we had to return a day later to collect the car and go to the post office to get the V5 sorted out.

The car appears to be in excellent condition and we are really happy with our purchase.

Have been using this garage for 3 years…

Have been using this garage for 3 years now for all my needs, repairs, service and MOT.

Didn’t have a great experience last year (forgot to leave a review) but the service team have changed and it’s superb now, great service and very quick also.

Glad it’s changed for the better and here is to many more years bringing my car here.
