Hands-on experience
The hours spent during this training are best described as, "enthralling", based on how illustrative and engaging it was. The trainer's illustration of the lessons she conveyed with life experiences and events gave her training a real life experience. I could identify many of my experiences in her illustrations. My description of the whole experience would be incomplete if I failed to mention that I did not struggle to understand anything she said as her accent is RP (Received Pronunciation) as against the regional accent where one would struggle to understand, and at the end miss out a lot of information.

The trainer, Keith, was really responsive. He was totally 'down to earth' and has clearly an in-depth understanding of what happens in the moment and made it a much more realistic experience than I have experienced with other companies (Team Teach, STRIIDE).

I recently attended the training, the trainers (Chris don't remember the name of the other gentlemen) were both knowledgeable, approachable, and made it fun. It was very interactive with lots of practical exercises and gave us helpful tips. Well-organised and would definitely recommend 👍

Definitely a worthwhile course.
Overall a good course with some great advice and strategies to cope with difficult situations. I do feel that the course seemed more at an older child/persons level as oppose to smaller, younger primary age children. However, there was some good advise given to support us when facing a situations involving smaller children. Highly recommend this course.
