I signed up for IntelliJend’s Meta campaign toolkit because it seemed like a solid solution for promoting my music. The platform itself looks promising, and I was willing to invest in their yearly subscription (~$200) based on that expectation.

However, during setup, I ran into a critical issue — the tool does not work with my Meta artist account. I reached out to their support team, and they confirmed the limitation and that they cannot fix it.

Despite this being a complete blocker that makes the platform unusable for me, they refused to issue a refund or even offer a prorated amount. This is especially disappointing because their refund policy mentions case-by-case consideration, yet they declined to make an exception in a situation where the product cannot be used as intended.

Overall, the idea behind the tool is good, but the lack of flexibility and customer-first approach in resolving issues like this is frustrating. I would strongly recommend confirming compatibility with your Meta account before purchasing, as you may not get your money back if it doesn’t work.

I heard positive things from friends and since I wanted to expand beyond Spotify growth I thought I'd try Intellijend. Although the results weren't what I was hoping for, I really appreciate the team and their willingness to help. They are truly a community of artists who understand and respect artists needs. For that alone I would recommend the platform to others considering

Intellijend has been a very solid platform in my experience. It makes Meta Ads much easier for independent artists, and their customer service is consistently professional, fair, and responsive. You can tell the platform was built with artists in mind, and they genuinely care about both the quality of the service and the artists using it. I highly recommend Intellijend to anyone looking to promote their music through Meta Ads. I had read Jend’s Independent Artist Blueprint before the platform was even created, so I have a lot of respect for the effort he has put into helping indie artists.

Amazing ads, flashy website, very bad results. The typical case of a company focusing on the hype and not the results. I tried using the Intellijend system and process on 5 releases and it was a total waste of time and effort. Is it easier than planning and executing a proper release strategy? yes. Is the time you saved worth anything when considering the results? absolutely positively not. Its clearly some lovable app with a good marketing team pushing it.

But great marketing. Just wish you applied that marketing to music

Don't waste your money with Intellijend if you can do it all yourself. Discovering that one of the co-founders is a fan of Andrew Tate cooled me down. Personally, these are not my values.

I made my own experience with this service and unfortunately it was not positive.

When I expressed a critical opinion under one of their Instagram posts, my comment was deleted instead of receiving a response or explanation. In my opinion, this shows that they are not very open to criticism or honest feedback.

For a company working in marketing and artist growth, transparency and open communication should be important. Deleting comments instead of addressing concerns does not create trust.

Based on this experience, I personally would be cautious.

Took the headache out of using the Meta Ads Platform and allows me to spend more time working on music rather than fussing with controls. Being able to chat with the team 24/7 whenever I had a question or needed some advice has been a game changer customer service wise, felt like I had a coach at my side. Will be using these guys in the future for sure!

Super helpful with setting up accounts and campaigns> Really great experience.

Intellijend has been super helpful with my most recent campaign. I left a label in October, and was really nervous about my first independent release in 5 years. The team was super helpful in answering all questions I had, and the software is just stellar. I was able to turn off adsets that weren't working with a click of a button, and got everything under 0.14cpc in less than a week, with a moderate budget of 1k. My song has already done 65k streams and it hasn't even been a week yet, with a high stream / listener ratio of 3.0, and a save rate over 10%, which is higher than almost everything I put out on my former label in week one. As an independent artist, this tool makes life really easy if you have the right creatives and know your potential audience. Super impressed overall. Will be using for my releases and will deff tell my artists friends about this. :)

I use to tell my friends to run meta ads and give them the steps and lose them lol but this even simplifies it for me and them. This have been using tool ive been using for the last 2 months and Ive got more streams and followers on spotify and instragram.

Thoroughly impressed and excited about the results we received from using IntelliJend’s product on a song that was released over a year ago and has a proven track record. In short, we have done multiple types of campaigning including Influencer, playlisting, blogging, google ads, and some light radio since releasing a song called “Wrangler” by Austin Martin. Yesterday, on day #2 of the Jend campaign, we received more saves on the record in one day than any other day. Although this isn’t expected of just any song that has an ad campaign running, but we also achieved some of best conversion rates regarding CPC we have ever seen. I highly recommend using this tool to find some winning strategies.

I just started to use Intellijend this week and i'm really happy with my first campaign, as I have a really high CTR of 63.3% which is sensational. The interface is so much easier to use than Meta, which is so complicated that it deterred me from running Meta/Insta ads at all. Grateful for this service and about to set up my second campaign now, can't wait to spike the Algorithm and grow my audience. Highly recommend this service to music producers.

The best way to starting your music career

I have been using intellijend for over 3 months now and i really like how easy it is. They also have a very quick chat with real humain who take time to anser all your question. Love it !

Had some phantom issues setting up META and the first campaigns. The support team were so helpful and we worked through everything systematically. In the end, the issues seemed to resolve themselves but the team worked through it with me the entire time online to make sure we got it working. So thankful for the support.
