Helpful platform to get us started on our meta ads journey. Made our first experience running ads smooth and easy!

For our first foray into using Intellijend my partners and I decided to wing it a work on our own. Needless to say issues arise and questions come up. The good people at Intellijend have been prompt in replying and gracious in their understanding. We are moving up to the yearly subscription because of their actions.

This is a great Site for independent artists like me. It help me grow and understand the Spotify algorithm. The support is fast too. I cant complain and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend Intellijend anytime!!

The people over at intellijend are super helpful. They have an easy way to reach out (text message box on the dashboard) and respond fairly quickly (30-45 minutes) — they spend time answering the questions I have about marketing and their platform. Super personable and ready to help you based on your needs and your specific campaigns/account. Very happy so far with my campaign

I've been using this service for a couple weeks now, and so far everything feels great! They help you set everything up, but you are still in charge of how it all looks. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Intellijend is a broken, vibe coded scam. Software does not work and support refuses to refund.

CONTACTING SUPPORT IS USELESS THEY WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EXCUSES AND STEAL YOUR MONEY WHILE PROVIDING NOTHING. STAY AWAY

Sebastian and anyone else I've talked to at Intellijend have always responded quickly and had a solution to any problem I may be having.

I purchased the 3 consultation package and the first hour gets you familiar with creating video ads and Ads Manager.
In the second hour they walk you through the set up process for creating a campaign in Ads Manager.

I was familiar with Ads Manager but they still walk you through the entire process which is good because Meta is always making changes to Ads Manager.

I feel a lot more confident about using Meta to market my songs now that I've used Intellijend to upgrade my Meta marketing skills. Would definitely recommend!

The platform is a good match for indie self promoters interested in more control. I struggled to get Meta configured (go figure) but Miguel their crack and patient IT and programming guru saved the day. Looking forward to diving deeper and spreading the love.

Exceptional customer service for a reasonable price. Meta is the worst to deal with and these guys take all the pain out of it, and will help with anything you need. Great UI and data as well.

I'm on my first campaign and have already seen great results. I found one of their premade videos that fit the emotion of my track, edited it on Mojo to add my copy, and then built the campaign really easily. They had a video to help with Meta integrations and were there when I had an issue. So far I'm really happy with my choice to work with intellijend!

the user interface is super clean, easy to follow and also very deep with the info it gives you. campaign was super easy to setup and working great. i had some questions and they answered very quickly in the live chat service they have. highly recommend.

Update: After posting this review, the issue was escalated and the team reviewed the situation again. They acknowledged that the Meta restriction was outside my control and agreed to issue a full refund, which is currently being processed. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved fairly.

I bought the annual One Artist plan but realised the same day that the platform was not fully usable for me because my Meta Business account had a restriction that Meta confirmed could not be lifted.

Since the product relies on Meta integration, this meant I couldn’t use the service as intended. I raised the issue immediately, but the initial responses felt quite rigid and policy-driven, which was frustrating given the circumstances.

To their credit, once the case was reviewed more closely, the team agreed to resolve it with a full refund. Sharing this so other artists are aware that Meta integration is essential for the service to work, but also to reflect that the situation was eventually handled properly.

Miguel was very helpful in setting up my first campaign. Looking forward to the results!

Great product/service. So far they have been great in providing help when needed, and an awesome service in general. Even on a tiny ad spend it helped my small release greatly. I look forward to further exploring what I can do with this service!

Right away intellijend has had amazing customer service. They emailed me back right away with a question I had! As an independant artist and working Mom, I needed something user friendly with big results. It's taken away a lot of the stress of running my own ads for my music. So intellijend came recomended to me by other artists. So far it's amazing.
