InteractIO has been a great partner in helping us successfully accommodate our interpretation needs. We have used their service for a couple of events now and each time it has been a great experience for us, and more importantly, for our attendees. The InteractIO staff is invested in our success and has been very helpful in making sure we have considered everything necessary for a successful event.

Technical set up was easy - Interactio was super helpful getting everything going. They set up a practice run with us, and during the night of the event, one of their staff was online with us the whole time to make sure everything went off without a hitch.

I used Interactio at a European event for 150 people and the interpreters were brilliant! The Interactio Managers were extremely helpful, professional, and supportive and quick to reply to any queries. I would warmly recommend them for any multilingual events.

The system is quite simple to set up, it works really well and it saves a lot of money compared to other interpretation services.

Working with Interactio for the TEDxUNberija was an excellent experience. The interface it's simple and easy to use by the translation team but also by the attendees.
They helped us during the whole process, making the thing more easier.
The attendees really like the system and the different ways they could use it.
The setup was really simple and we didn't need to use special equipment or any other materiales aside of a laptop and a headphone set.

This was our first experience with Interactio and it was great. Everything was easy to understand and staff was helpful, it took time for us to set technical issues. Translation was from Latvian-English and vice versa and 2 parallel sessions. Our customers were excited to use the app. I would suggest my partners to use Interactio.

TLC started looking for an alternative to traditional translation because the price point to provide translation for an event was astronomical, and about 1 year ago, and we came across Interactio and have never looked back! Interactio offers the most up-to-date robust translation system for the cheapest on the market. We no longer deal with translation devices, or bulky on-site translation booths. We used Interactio to provide Japanese to English and English to Japanese translation at our TEDx event. It is an amazing app that I would recommend to any event organizer. The platform is intuitive to use and the staff has been so helpful.

Most importantly, it saved us so much money! With Interactio, you won’t have to worry about equipment fees, which was actually so expensive for us that it almost made us give up on providing audio translation for our audience.

Without audio translation, no idea can be conveyed no matter how good it is, if you don’t speak the language. Interactio is truly an amazing application that helps spread invaluable ideas.

We’ve been using Interactio at several TEDxVilnius events. First year we started with only English-Lithuanian translation. Everything worked really smoothly and we had even more listeners than we expected. Seeing that, we decided to add Russian and Polish translations next year to attract even more diverse audience.

Interactio is a much better alternative to the traditional equipment - no more dealing with logistics of the booths, distribution of receivers, etc. Plus, the team is very flexible and helpful. We recommended it to the entire TEDx community and would recommend it to everybody.

We have rented transmitters and receivers to use for interpretation at an annual event for many years. This year (June 2019) we used Interactio. It was a MUCH better experience for everyone. The interpreters were familiar with a PC and had no problems using it. Those who listened to the interpretation were familiar with their own mobile devices so were not intimidated by having to use different equipment. As the one responsible for providing the equipment, I loved it because I could easily "listen in" from a remote location and could tell that it was working. Interactio has also given us feed back as to how many people are using the services. This is something we never really knew before. Plus it is instantly scalable so I didn't have to guess at how many units to rent. Last but not least, the support team at Interactio was attentive and very helpful. We used the system again in early August and had the same experience. We will certainly be using it again whenever we need to provide interpreation services. Thanks Interactio!

Global Lithuanian Leaders, network of Lithuanian professionals abroad, have been using Interactio interpreting services since 2017 in events Global Lithuanian Awards and GLL Summer Gathering. First of all, it has never been easier to arrange high quality translation from technology as well as translation itself point of view. The staff is knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. The technology is organiser-, interpreter- and listener- friendly. We are more than sure to use it again!!

We have been using Interactio at our church, New Life Covenant, in Chicago. From day 1 it has been seamless and so easy to use. Throughout the year we host various leadership events at the church which require the use of Interactio and we are constantly getting asked about the app because people are highly impressed with it. Interactio and the team there has been awesome to work with.

I lead the translation team of TEDxJalanTunjungan, and I used Interactio to provide simultaneous interpretations in the TEDx Events. I received many positive comments from the audiences. Interactio service work great, with minimum latency and straight forward interface

The system worked well although there were not very many users. It was easy to download the app, and we had headphones available, but it would have been preferable for people to bring their own headphones, which many didn’t think of ahead of time.
We set up the translators in side rooms with the doors open so that they could hear and see the service directly. However, they found it very difficult to translate in the midst of the noisy room (especially since there were many children present!) In future events, we would want to provide the live feed directly to the translators in a closed room as this would have made their jobs easier.

For the third year in a row we chose Interactio to solve simultaneous translation question at our yearly forum. We are more than happy with the quality of the service we have received, we will choose to work with them in the future and recommend to do so for others- it makes the translation issue much easier.

Interactio service works great, with minimum latency, and straight forward interface.
The team is also very proactive and supportive. They are ready to jump on a call at any time and answer any question, both technical as well as advice about how to make the translation expirience better, for translators and the listeners.

Interactio in a TEDx event in Japan
I lead the translation team of TEDxTohokuUniversity, and I used Interactio to provide simulataneous interpretations in the TEDx event. The service worked very well on the day of the event and I received many positive comments from the audiences on the day. Many have told us that they were able to hear the interpretation of the speakers' speeches easily using their mobile phones. I believe that this service was essential as a TEDx organization based in Japan, where both English speaking and Japanese speaking speakers and audiences join our events.
