Make better use of technology in tracking deliveries!
I was very surprised that Interflora was unable to confirm delivery time. It seems very antiquated in this day and age of modern technology. They said they use different couriers - well that does not seem like an adequate response.
Also, as much as I loved the flowers (my sister sent me a photo) I wasn't wowed by the arrangement of the flowers. My sister did really appreciate them however which is the main thing.

Thank you for your feedback Lyn. We are currently working on a better way of tracking deliveries. It is complicated as a lot of florists deliver their own. Currently you are sent an email when they leave the shop. We are always looking at ways to improve.

Delivery driver in a hurry...!
The flowers were described as very beautiful and wonderful. They were delivered on time and to the correct address. However, the delivery driver did not wait for my elderly mother to open the door. Instead, my mother found the flowers lying on her doorstep and only caught a glimpse of the delivery driver’s back as he left.

I ordered flowers on 4 September for delivery on 9 September and they were not delivered till the morning of 10 September. Happy with quality of flowers however.
