We recently had our property staged by Erica of Interior35, and couldn’t be happier. Erica and her right hand man Euan were professional, attentive and worked tirelessly to make our property look fabulous for the market.
They transformed our space, enhancing its strengths. The furniture additions were stylish and complimented the house perfectly. Not overdone and cluttered, just perfect.
The staging significantly increased the appeal of our property, leading to a quick sale just a week after being on the market.
Erica also went above and beyond to assist us when we were moving and needed a bit of extra help.
Bittersweet that we met these amazing people after we decided to relocate but forever grateful that our paths crossed.

Rather than INTERIOR35 supplying a service to us, it was us providing web development services to them. However, the care, attention to detail, response times to our questions, made the whole process so smooth I can only imagine what a joy it would be to have them carrying out interior design services for us... and we may well do that in the future. Lovely team, helpful, and a complete pleasure to work with.

Erica was a pleasure to deal with and went well above and beyond in terms of finding us exactly the right curtain fabric, at a brilliant price. What I particularly liked was that she worked with our taste and didn't try to impose her own upon us.

Erica has been my right hand woman while renovating our 1960's built house. I needed advice on tackling every room in the house and she has given invaluable advice on making it all work together but making sure that it is a style we are comfortable with. She has chosen carpet and paint colours. recommended suppliers - saving me money. If you have a small or large project you need advice for I would highly recommend her friendly and professional help.

Erica’s advice and direction was invaluable and she was always quick to respond to my queries. I loved how she was able to find affordable items to dress my Airbnb and I could then purchase the ones I wanted to keep. All my guests comment on how amazing the decor is a big factor as to how many bookings I get for the flat. I will use Erica again for all my projects.

Erica has been a family friend for many years and when she branched out into interior design, she was my first port of call when building a rental cottage on North Uist. Erica is extremely intuitive and quickly understood the look that I was hoping to achieve; a place to give visitors a virtual hug and feel spoilt during their stay. She helped me with paint colours, with advice over the telephone and during a very important shopping trip to Inverness. We created an atmosphere in the cottage that is loved by all who visit.
Erica is passionate about design, has integrity, great energy, has built up a vast knowledge of products and good contacts and is able to work within all budgets. We bought our son and daughter-in-law an Interior 35 voucher to use and she was a great help with ideas and sourcing items for their new build.
I would not hesitate to recommend Erica to anyone, for any job and have recently asked her for help in our own home and we hope to work together in the future on a large renovation project on a tidal island.
