I am a small business owner and highly recommend Intermedia. The process to set up the software I needed — and only what I needed — was easy and user-friendly. I have been a satisfied customer for roughly four years. The service has been reliable and support, when needed, has been responsive and helpful. Good value!

I recommend Intermedia phones

My cell rings when the church phone rings so I am not stuck at my desk. Phone lines are clear and work properly. My only negative is that I don't if it is a personal call or church call when my phone rings. Calls should come through the app and not show up in my call log. I should be able to set up a specific ring tone for anyone calling the church.

want to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Harry, who recently helped me through a technical challenge — and did so with an extraordinary level of diligence, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.

From the very beginning, what stood out most about Harry was his methodical approach. He didn’t jump straight to assumptions or offer cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, he took the time to truly understand the issue I was facing — asking the right questions, listening intently, and ensuring he grasped the full scope of the challenge before moving forward.

Throughout the process, his patience was unmatched. There were moments where things got complex, but Harry never once rushed the process. He remained calm, focused, and clear-headed, walking me through each step with clarity and kindness.
