The florists were so helpful. There were many scheduling conflicts, and they were patient with us and even gave us an upgrade. And honoured it!

I placed an order with InternetFlorist.biz for flowers to be delivered in Portugal. The order was approved and my payment was taken immediately. However, the company then changed the delivery date twice, stating they could not fulfil the order as agreed.
When I requested a refund, it was not processed automatically and I had to ask several times. There were also discrepancies in the emails I received, which made communication confusing and unprofessional.
Eventually, I was refunded in full, but only after significant effort. Given the issues with delivery, communication and refund handling, I cannot recommend InternetFlorist.biz. For anyone ordering flowers internationally, I would advise using a trusted local florist instead.

In the future, I would like a photo of the person being congratulated, taken at the moment.

Order and delivery perfect. But the flowers are different - it is written, that they may be different due to the different locations, but they are very different that you could order just flowers.

Flowers were beautiful and the delivery was on time and professional.

I paid for flower delivery the next day. On the planned delivery date they contacted me to say that they need an extra charge (additional 70% of the original price!!!). At that time I did not have much choice and paid it. They delivered the flowers 2 days late and without the card that I noted. Overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend using this place

I ordered what I wanted.. a while later I recieved a whatsapp message saying that the colour flowers I had chosen (yellow) were not available and I could choose between pink and purple. Although this was not ideal i agreed. The time i had chosen to have this delivered was fast approaching and I had no confirmation about the delivery time.. which had to be at a certain time because the person it was for would no longer be there after the said time. I contacted the people and they daid they had no time for delivery and could I let them know. After alot of back and forth we decided the next day delivery would have to be fine. They asked for the number of the person who the flowers were for..they then contacted them to arrange delivery,even know it was a suprise. Eventually they were delievrd and the people were actually nice to deal with..the flowers were alot different to what I wanted and even the stuffed bear that was supposed to come with it..appeared alot bigger in the site...bit once arrived it was like a smaller bear on a key chain kind of thing. I paid $260 AUD for the flowers which in my opinion for what I recieved was kind of expensive. Don't get me wrong though the people were pleasant to deal with.

I had to change the flowers that I choosen since they were not available. The flowers were delivered one day after the event (birthday celebration). The communication by wtsp was very poor and My messages were not replied in to mely manner.
