Sent Liverpool branded goods instead of Manchester City - husband not amused! Sent correct order next day after phoning them and told to keep incorrect order as gift for friends.

What can I say, prices were superb, and the service was second to none, goods arrived within a couple of days. I will certainly be shopping there again.

Great product at a fantastic price. Arrived swiftly and well packaged. The only problem with my order was that the wrong bottle was sent with the packed lunch box. It was not what was shown on the picture.

Fab items. I had to contact customer services regarding a query with my order. I received a quick response and tge the matter was resolved promptly! Great :)

My order never arrived had to email the company to tell them, although there website stated it had been dispatched 24th August it never arrived emailed the company and was told they would send another one would be here within the week and as of now I'm still waiting i wonder will it ever arrive. at the moment I'm about to find out how to get a refund wouldn't recommend buying from this website I'm an online buyer from many websites and have never had one this bad also says its recorded well obviously its not or I would have received it.

No idea what to give my friend for b'day until I found this site. Bought her two Ted Baker gifts (jewellery roll & pen) - both delivered promptly. She was thrilled and I was very pleased as a consequence. I recommend this site.

Part of the order arrived quite quickly. One item was not in stock and I was emailed to be told of this, and a refund was send. Having looked at their website, the item not in stock is still clearly listed as available to buy so anyone else looking to purchase it will also be disappointed. If you can't buy the item, it should not be on the website. Obviously not updating their available merchandise online that often. Will go elsewhere in future as no point ordering from a company that sells what it doesn't have.

It's always scary when purchasing from on online company you haven't heard of or bought from before. Really impressed with the surface and the product that I got. Received my item right on time and was able to be updated well. Prices are amazing!

got 2 lunch bags within days, but one was faulty. Told a replacement being sent not, but replacement not received yet (a week later). Suspect no replacement was send...

This site was just great in terms of service, product and valu for money. Fast shipping as well. In spite of scepticism I found on the Internet about this site, it turned out to be the opposite. Recommended.

I bought a gift from the Internet Gift Store for my friends birthday. I was given a great discount for my first order and free delivery which was great. I had an issue when I was sent one of the wrong item but the issue was corrected immediately and the guy I spoke to was really polite and couldn't have been more helpful!
