I have been with Interserver for about a decade now, and had a very good experience with the mostly great technical support and the affordable prices. I need to learn a bit to control my VPS, but am liking the level of control it gives me. Whenever I run into a wall and I can't solve a problem, support takes usually less than half an hour.

I have only been using InterServer for a few weeks, but already I am impressed by the ease of use and excellent customer support. Nagendra has responded to my requests and questions quickly and effectively. That means a lot!

Dennis N, is the best tech person ever made. The man knows his stuff, and took the extra time to work with me, who was beyond frazzled. At first I had a major problem after returning from a long trip. I had no sleep, and 12 hours into trying to figure out what was going on with our server. Then Dennis N came on board and took over. He worked so hard getting the server issue I had, even while I was putting out constant ticket replies every hour in desperation. He worked beyond the best I've ever come across in the technology sector. He went beyond the best to excellent, and then beyond that. When I thought all was lost, was so exhausted and unable to comprehend the word hello, he stayed with it, and in 4 and a half hours or more of grueling hard work, Dennis N finally sent me a email saying it was completed and up and running. I was floored, because I thought for sure I would be working another 24 hours straight just to restore the server. Dennis and others there were amazing. But Dennis went further than anyone would have or should have gone through for us to get us restored. My faith was restored after sending countless ticket requests for help. When Dennis took over, he restored my lack of faith and went beyond the pale to restore confidence and trust. Believe me, I was in a hole I have not been in and Dennis made this trip a wonderful thing. If anyone reads this, know this for sure, Dennis needs to be promoted to upper management or upper end tech support. This is the kind of person that goes the distance and beyond. He didn't let up, and despite my crushing please update me texts every hour, he was gracious in his ability to take care of us. Others would have walked away. Dennis didn't, and wow, what an amazing person. This company is fortunate to have Dennis on board with them.

I will be doing more than one review. I'm posting a review on a startup. Then later, after some time, I will do another on the service.
The start-up was a little hectic. I had some issues with the email certificates and their SNI giving the correct TLS data per domain. The problem went on for a day and half. It turns out because I had a subdomain, that's what was causing the issue. Without going into technical details. The fact is their tech support stayed with the issue until they got it straightened out. They figured out the problem and then resolved it. The only complaint I have is sometimes they did answer my responses. But I assume most of the time it was because they were busy. They were, however, always respectable in their responses. This is an important point since at one point no one had any idea what was going on.

So, for a start-up, I'm giving them 5 stars. And I can say they did a very good job.

InterServer offers very affordable pricing with high-speed internet performance and SATA storage, which is great for the cost. Their service quality is excellent — especially customer support.

Whenever I’ve had any billing issues or problems, they handled everything very professionally. In some genuine cases, they didn’t even charge me for the VPS, which shows they really care about their customers.

I've been hosting my websites with Interserver for about two years now, and in my experience, their best features are their powerful servers at very affordable prices and the complete absence of downtime (I only had one server performance issue for no apparent reason, about a month after signing up. The problem lasted a few hours, and since then, I haven't had any more). Their support is very friendly and has always been helpful. Sometimes they take a little while to respond or resolve issues, but that's understandable: they're people, not robots, at least for now, haha. I'm very happy with Interserver and don't plan on switching. If you're thinking about getting a server, Interserver is one of the best options. Just make sure the server you choose perfectly suits your needs, because if you need to make changes later, you'll have to deal with the stress of having your server down, which is quite annoying.

Excellent customer service for an unbeatable price point. When we had problems after a recent Moodle upgrade, support staff responded quickly, gave us helpful suggestions, and eventually led a data migration that went smoothly.

Recently helped transition a non-profit's website
to InterServer and off of Network Solutions. The overall process has been good and it's awesome that InterServer offers free web hosting for verified non-profits.

In the short couple of weeks so far, I had 3 reasons to work with customer service via ticketing.
1) My initial account creation failed with an error code
2) Various questions and answers about IRS non-profit setup requirements and steps
3) Outgoing Email issues with an aliased domain

In all cases response times were from 10 minutes at best to 8 hours at worst. The average response time seemed to be 2 hours.

Overall, I'm just happy they have a support team, some cheaper hosting options don't. Even worse other hosts, like Network Solutions, make you pay for it, and them in particular were crazy expensive for lousy support.

I think InterServer has good support considering it is free, and the techs try to help and respond quickly. In some cases, I did feel there was room for improvement, for example, the email issue was eventually resolved but it took a couple of tries by them. In my mind should have been resolved on the first attempt as it was some missing configuration on their end which was required, and both settings should have been reviewed by them initially to resolve it. This led to the issue taking double the amount of time to fix then it could have. However, I am very grateful they did get it working in the end.

I find InterServer to be good overall, and considering I'm hosting a very basic site for them, now that the config issues are resolved, should be fairly smooth sailing.

I recommend trying out small projects with them first to be sure you like them. In my experience, they are definitely geared more towards tech knowledgeable customers (like me) vs non-tech ones. Using bigger hosts like godaddy, network solutions is definitely easier ( better faq and help and ui), so keep that in mind, however for my case, it's been a good fit.

If you get server from This provide, forget about quick support. If your server will go down, keep in mind that they will response you after 24 to 48 hours and you will keep your all websites down and helpless. There panel is useless and support is pathetic.

Unfortunately, I have some servers and stuck here, the migration is so difficult, but I will never ever use and soon will move my servers elsewhere.

Interserver hosting platform has been great for me. I have been able to host multiple websites here and each time I need help, the support team has been prompt and accurate with their service and instructions.

I have been with this place for years and will continue on with them. They give me no need to go elsewhere. They take care of things fast, if that is something does come up that I have to contact them.
I am shocked if I do have to contact them. Everything usually runs real smooth.
