BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a 18ft car shield on the 3/2/25 Said on the website 2- 3 week delivery that's why I decided to choose them (as I've had Carcoon's before and most people reading this will know the problems there with communication and delivery times with hindsight, I should of stuck with them)

I got a message from them that day asking "If I would like a 20ft one instead for the same price as they could dispatch tomorrow" excellent customer service......Unfortunately that's where it ends!

I wasn't able to accept the kind offer as it wouldn't fit where I needed it to go.

On the 10/2/25 (1-2 weeks before it was due to arrive) I receive a email to say "there has been a delay and I won't receive my order until mid March" and we'll reach out when it is shipped" I accepted that as I had no choice really!

Mid March came and went with absolutely no communication, so I emailed them again on the 17/3/25 to ask what was going on got a reply saying "it's due to arrive in the country (UK) tomorrow and they need a week to get it to me" TEN days later still no sign of it or EVEN any communication

So now we are reaching 9 weeks they have had my money for a product they originally told me I would receive in 2-3 weeks!

Are there any car bubble firms out there that don't mess you about?!!!

Edit: I have now received a full refund (as soon as I asked for it) they were very quick to reply to my messages every time, shame they couldn’t get the product to me

Ordered the new outdoor version . The company shipped it thru UPS. Took forever to arrive .UPS damaged the shipping box . Lost the unit somewhere in the warehouse. Went back and forth with UPS for weeks .Every time I spoke to someone it was a different answer . UPS found the item and retapped the box . They told me it was on the way for over a week . Felt like they didn’t want to deliver it because it took up too much in the truck . In the garage should have sent it fedex freight which is accustomed to handling larger packages . Bubble was not damaged and inflated without a problem . The owner was also trying to contact UPS but they use a third party for shipping and they had to contact UPS . Took a couple of weeks to get it delivered and a lot of phone calls to stop them from sending it back . In the garage was helpful but would recommend using a better carrier for shipping . The bubble is awesome and works great. Would recommend . Larry in new York

Customer service is incredible. I received immediate answers that were complete and knowledgeable. Also, shipping was very fast and the product is exactly as advertised.

I purchased a 22-footer. I call it my 22' Bounce House for my Classic Cars. Great product. I had a small issue after almost a year after purchase. I contacted ITG & they sent me the part I needed & UPS said they could not deliver & sent it back to ITG. I called ITG after a couple weeks, told them I never got the part & they resent it & I got it in just a few days.
Awesome Customer Service Before, During & After the sale. I wish all companies cared about their customers like In The Garage Does. Great Company I plan to purchase another bigger Bounce House in the future.

Ordered an outdoor car bubble from In The Garage to replace an outdoor Carcoon after 8 years of service.
In all likelihood I would have just got another Carcoon, but given how poor their service is (are they still even trading?) it’s not worth the hassle dealing with them, so In The Garage got my order instead and the product was delivered in 3-4 working days.
Initial impressions are good and it’s nice to have my vehicle protected again, the material the bubble is made from appears a lot more substantial than the Carcoon. Which is what ultimately failed on the Carcoon.
I also like the tether rings that are incorporated on each side of the bubble and I’ll be making use of these to help stabilise the bubble in high winds.
I would have preferred a zip all the way around the base mat so top and bottom could be separated. I have limited space around the back of the area I am set up in so found it a little cumbersome having to roll the top part all the way back.
Only other point is as mentioned on other reviews, was the noise the fans made, it was just a little too much and I was concerned of upsetting the neighbours, as suggested, I put an LED dimmer in place just to knock the fans back a little. This has resolved the noise problem so all good.
Would also add that before purchasing I emailed with a query on which size of bubble I would need, a prompt response was received which is always welcomed these days.

The Outdoor Car Shield is a great product.
Strong material and extremely easy to set up.

My delivery to The Netherlands was unfortunately late due to customs, but it was worth waiting for.
My car shield was delivered from the UK with a UK power plug. Having it delivered with the correct power plug for NL, would be a point of improvement. But this is nothing that cannot be fixed with some cutters, screwdriver and a power plug from the local hardware shop.
I had to put the car in on a rainy day and that worried me. Tried to sweep the car dry before it went in but it was wet, but already after 2 hours I could see through the shield window that the car was dry, due to the constant ventilation.

Very quick delivery, very well made, only one niggle no paperwork had one item in package that took me a minute to figure out was the strip supplied was used to stiffen pouch for fan housing.

Very pleased with there quick response to emails answered all my questions very professional. I purchased an out door cover at the NEC classic car show with a show discount, delivery was prompt too, very pleased with there quick response level of service and would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the garage, it solves the problem i had and had ensured that my classic car is out of the rain.

However for the price there are a few things that i would expect a little more of; the power cable is so short, we had to place the garage very close to where the power source was, the instructions didnt explain or show this properly (what connections needed to stay where), i would have liked an option for a longer lead, also the instructions are literally 3 sheets of A4 printed paper, these could be improved with more pictures because although its easy to put up i had to keep going back to the instructions checking how the fan had to fit in. The most worrying part was the zip as it had appeared to have come off the track on both sides, it was easy to fix but again the instructions didnt mention this at all. The other possible issue which i havent solved yet is windy conditions - the instructions say that the garage shouldnt be used in winds over 22mph, but it doesnt explain if this is with a car inside or not and what to do, should it be deflated or completely taken away. We have just had winds in excess of 22mph and i kept it up and it seemed to manage very well. I will be ringing the shop to hopefully find out why they mention this in the instructions as 22mph seems quite low especially with the storms we have been having lately.

All in all a great product, i would just have liked better instructions which sounds mad but i felt i had to figure it out mostly myself

The instructions could have been clearer when it came to the internal fans as it was alot easier to attach the foam filters to the fans after attaching the stiffening section that held the fan flap out.

Provided a solution and in a reasonable period of time, considering the item was back ordered.

fairly easy process; your suggestion for 2 people is right on as it was much longer for just one person to set up. the hardest part was unsticking the plastic from itself....maybe a better packaging by your company tp avoid this problem/

It’s exactly the product that was expected—easy to assemble with quality materials. However, the fans are a bit too noisy, and the plugs could be better designed to accommodate both the AC adapter and a car battery charge maintenance.
