I was sent a shirt with holes in it

I was sent a shirt with holes in it. They told me to send it back as a ‘defected item’ they Will not send me a New one. So I Will have to pay full Price and New shipping all because for their inconvinience. Bad service.

Best customer service

I bought a gorgeous silk gown in Riga, Domina Shopping Centre and the seam came apart after just a couple of days. When I went back to the store the store's manager Gunita was super kind and very considerate. She immediately offered a replacement. Customer service is brilliant in Riga and I will keep shopping in Intimissimi. I absolutely adore the pieces and have a lot at home and super happy with them.

For the price of the items you would…

For the price of the items you would expect a better quality. I bought a bra and after few times of wearing, the bra has already shown major faults.

The customer service is bad, they expect me to travel to a store which is far away to inspect the product, no replacement/refund has been offered even though I have provided clear pictures of the faults.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, they don’t allow credit or debit card payments on site and klarna, pay pal and Apple Pay always with problems! They should make some changes in the IT Team especially the manager ! He is burying the Company 🙈😝

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 items with the welcome discount after creating an account. The sizing was different from other companies and when I wanted to exchange they would not match the discounted price that I paid. Over email and phone I have had the most dismissive responses from people who genuinely couldn't care less about whether I bought from them or not and said 'OK bye' after I said I wasn't happy.

Terrible customer service

I placed an order for an item I needed for an event and selected the option to collect from store.

The item arrived late to the pick up point so I didn't need it anymore. I contacted customer service to cancel my order and they said that my order was cancelled and they were waiting for a refund approval, which didn't make any sense as they already have the item since it was delivered to one of their shops in the UK.

Since then, I emailed a couple of times to have an order update as it doesn't look like my order has been cancelled in my account and I never received the refund or refund confirmation. No response from their customer service to my last emails sent on 31/08 and 06/09. I understand that sometimes refunds can take time but it's not okay the fact that they've been ignoring customers emails for 10 days.

Can someone get in touch with me to get this resolved, please?

Quality has gotten worse

I bought from the over the past 7 years but my last order, even though it was identical to previous orders, had a cheaper, thinner cut and fabric. Just a warning, don’t buy online

Ridiculous company

Worst quality I have ever seen and awful customer service!
I got a pair of underwear unglued, they were a piece of cloth, maybe a diy pair of panties to assemble.
When I have contacted the customer service, she said that I have to return it to verify the damage and get refunded.
OMG, please!!!! I don’t have time to waste, so, dear Intimissimi, keep the money to pay another millionaire influencer, instead of improve the quality of your item and customer support.

Why do companies use Evri?

Why do companies use Evri?
Now I’ll have to wade through customer service because as usual Evri have lost my order.
By contrast if Royal Mail is used or other alternatives the order usually arrives in one or two days

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Sent a camisole back which cost almost £50, and it took them OVER A MONTH to refund me after it had been delivered back to them! I even had to open an enquiry on their website just to get my money back, and there was no communication at all for the three weeks from my request on their website. This is the second time this has happened. You have to go above and beyond just to get your refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Atrocious quality underwear, nothing like on the website`s photos.
Poor customer service.
If you have an issue, don`t waste your time, just dispute payment with your bank. Otherwise, you will be waiting endlessly for Intimissi customer support to resolve it.

Completely dismissed and belittled

I went into the store and was greeted by helpful employees who said they could help me find my size. When I couldn't reach the bodysuits because they were hanging too high up, I asked for assistance. When I told them my size they said flatly, "That bodysuit doesn't come in that size. Actually nothing in our store is your size". They made me feel so belittled. Other lingerie stores always accommodate me and try to find a size that works. This place dismissed me without another thought. My size is a 32E or 32DD.

Still waiting refund

I received my goods. Nice bra, however one wasn't suitable so I returned over 4 weeks ago, I have confirmation from Royal mail that they received it, so I emailed them to get my refund and I am still waiting for it. It's been 5 weeks now!! Also the bra I did keep, the strap broke when I went to put it on... I'll have to wear as a strapless. But clearly poor quality items too

Took my money but no goods received

Bought a bra. 3-5 days delivery and am still waiting almost 3 weeks later. Called customer services for a refund. They will not issue a refund until they open an investigation. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! my contract is with intimissi not their courier service. Customer service lady was rude and unhelpful. I still don’t have an estimate of when I will receive a refund and she made it very clear that she didn’t care at all. I will follow this up again next week.

Different prices on site and during checkout

Placed an order yesterday and one of the items was a pyjama bottom that was on sale for 11e but during checkout they charge me 18e. asked to cancel the order or refund me the difference and they declined. Thiefs

Frustrating

With intimíssimi you cannot exchange size only at the store you bought it from. Great! I can go back that store far away to take care of this little thing. And charging for a paper bag is very pity and bad business.

NON EXSISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY ISSUES

I bought a silk pajama for my husband's birthday, but after only a few times wearing it, it completely fell apart. I reached out to the support team, but even after two weeks, I haven't received any satisfactory response. All I keep getting is an automated message promising that someone will eventually take action. It's incredibly disappointing to spend around 200 euros on such poor quality. Even AliExpress might have offered better products. I had much higher expectations, especially considering I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years. However, being completely ignored has left me with no choice but to never purchase from them again. I will also make sure to inform everyone about my experience.

Awful quality

Awful quality

Bought a set of silk sleepwear. Four items - PJ bottoms and top, pj shorts, chemise. Without fail, every item has split along seams (despite the loose fit) after two to three nights of wear. I’ve never had such poor quality clothing.
