I reached out to Monique Wilson, as she was the sales representative for my previous order. She informed me that the item I needed was out of stock and would not be restocked, as it was being discontinued. However, the very next day, I contacted Rohan, and he told me that there was plenty of stock available, and they would just need to cut it on size.
I believe Monique's response may have been influenced by the fact that I had raised concerns about my previous order with her. In my follow-up regarding this second order, I reminded her to ensure we wouldn't encounter the same issues. I found her attitude to be unprofessional.

Firstly, let me say that it's great that there's a supplier that still makes heritage profiles, but on this occasion the quality of my order was very subpar. A significant number of the lengths of timber should have never been approved by quality control to leave the factory.
Architraves not being fed through the mill even remotely straight, which looks ordinary anyway but as a result part of the profile was cut off completely. Of 5 lengths of 115mm architrave, none should have left the factory for this reason alone.
In addition to this some were bowed to the extent vice grips were required to get them adequately straight. I wouldn't expect them to be perfect, but I wouldn't expect to need vice grips either.
Finally, I knew the 5.4m lengths would be finger jointed, but I was surprised (based on economics if not for quality) to find that for a 5.4m length, there was on average 24 small lengths finger jointed together.
In all honestly, it was easier to work with existing / recycled 100-year-old architraves then the new lengths I got from intrim. If I hadn't have waited 2 months and been located 4hrs from the factory, I would have sent the effected lengths back to be replaced.
I did pass this feedback directly onto intrim, and whilst it was acknowledged, they didn't strike me as super interested either. I received a $50 voucher in response.
It's good that many customers seem to have had a different experience. I hope these issues aren't a common occurrence and/or are addressed going forward.
The product was great to work with, but came damaged. I have been told that Thai frequently happens, so I ordered an extra few lengths to be safe.
I recommend you do the same when ordering.
A well run and impressive business. Apart from being in my locality.

I need one length of skirting, and i got it next morning.
great service
Order standard in stock skirting boards at least a month before they were delivered and they were short by six lengths. I was not notified until a week later that a second delivery was coming with the additional lengths.

This is the second time in 12 months that we have bought picture rail from Intrim. We are a tiny customer for them…we are renovating our home. The service has been fantastic. And they delivered to the south coast at a very reasonable price. AND the picture rail is perfect. We are very happy and highly recommend them.
