I was advised my delivery would arrive first thing, therefore I had my workers be on site from 7:30. The order didn’t arrive till 1pm or so and the job couldn’t be finished therefore it costed me a extra days work equating to $1000

The quality of my custom moulding was extremely poor. Out of 210 lm of mdf I think 20m were clean. The rest had nothing but chatter marks.

This has been a nightmare for my painters as the prep work has been extremely extensive. Not to mention the cost in labour to have this molding ready for painting.

Will not order again!

Very disappointed with my dealings with this company.

I went to Intrim with a request for custom mouldings. After much discussion and emails back and forth with Rohan and Monique regards our requirements they supplied us with a written quote. Whilst we were still considering this quote they sent us a follow up email saying that they wanted our business and that they would price match if we had got a better price elsewhere. As it happened, we had received a better price elsewhere but impressed with Intrim's apparent commitment to quality we decided to take them up on this offer of price matching.

Eventually, after ignoring our emails for a while Monique advised that not only would they not price match but they could not supply us at all.

This was incredibly frustrating as we had already invested a considerable amount of time and energy with this company getting to this point.

I made a complaint to Harvey Quinsey who said there had been confusion and breakdown with production and that he would come back to me. That was nearly one month ago and I have not heard back. However I HAVE received ANOTHER email from Intrim advising that they want to price match if I get better offer elsewhere?!

It is not only misleading when a business makes claims or representations that are likely to create a false impression in consumers as to the price, value or quality of goods or services on offer but also unlawful.

Not only that but the amount of time this has wasted for me is considerable. One of Intrims core values is "We are honest, open, respectful, ethical and fair" this is absolutely not the way we have been treated.

Intrim misled me and completely wasted my time.

It seems it is the culture if this company from the top down to ignore customers and treat them with complete disrespect. We are a business too and would never treat customers like this.
