The cathalogue was confusing: To see the paintings of day 1, I could simply click on a sample painting - no problem. But for day 2 there seemed to be no paintings. Only after asking did I discover t... See more

Worthless if you want to see the prices
I set up an account, because that's what you need to see the prices the art went for.
So I set up the account, gave them all my data, and only then it tells you afterwards, that you have to pay 250 USD to see the prices.
Excellent experience!

My first experience
My first experience. I bid on an item at $20, someone else bid $30 and then that it was retracted. Then they excepted someone else’s $20 bid instead of mine. I contacted invaluable, and they explained to me that my bid was not excepted. Well, no kidding because someone outbid me and then you excepted someone else’s instead! They didn’t care just gave me some runaround about being able to see where my bids were accepted, but it’s funny. My bid was excepted earlier just failed after the one was allowed to be cancelled and the other accepted. Nice experience and maybe learn your job? I had that figured out within minutes.

They simply DO NOT care about the buyers one they receive your money. Just try to get any human being to work with you to address problems after the purchase such as shipping issues or other concerns. You WILL absolutely get a run around, and if you do speak to someone, they are robotic, rude, and borderline incompetent. I would NEVER do business with this shop ever again - You should not either !
Just great items for Auction.
Just great items for Auction.Would buy lots more if We could arrange shipping agent to ship to New Zealand.I would buy lots more of bigger items, to fill container which would be cheaper. You might be able to help.
Your pictures suck
Your pictures suck. When you zoom in to read the box end, they are all out of focus. I have been doing your auction for some time and they use to be much better. Either get a proper camera or fire the photographer.
The auctions were great
The auctions were great! Won a lot of bids, but the problem was with the billing. I had to e-mail and call once. I e-mailed them numerous times, The auctions were 10/4, 10/10, and 10/13, and I bought on all these dates, I received an invoice for 10/4 and was told I would be receiving another e-mail from Square and could pay then by just clicking pay now. I never received anything so I could pay, this happened for an auction back in June, never received anything on how to pay so I never received what I bid on. I’m waiting to see what happens with these auctions.

The timed auction ended then re-opened???…
The timed auction ended and I had the highest bid in two items and then bidding opened again till my max bid was miraculously met on one item and kept extending time on the other. Seems like a scam to me
Trying numerous times to get jimmy at…
Trying numerous times to get jimmy at country style auctions to send me a invoice. I have tried ringing emails numerous times and all I get reminders to pay. I will not pay until I see an invoice. Very frustrating can someone help me Greg
Bidding is not accurate
I never received my first auction purchase. Second auction I tried I was out bid in 2 lots. So I bid on a third lot and won that one. Then the ones that said I was out bid I had actually won. So now they are saying I owe $12,000+ on 3 lots when I only won one.
Be very careful. I am trying to dispute it.

This was my first time bidding on an item on an auction. I found it very exciting and interesting. Will do this again
Garbage service.
Garbage service.
They only have access to a fraction of auction house data but they'll charge $30-$50+ for a subscription?
It's a total rip-off, don't do it guys.
I had found more recent auction hammer price data, by Google searching and logging into auction websites myself to see realized prices.
They don't even have access to most auctions on their database, yet somehow think they should be charging a monthly fee for it?
Barnebys offer the same service, and don't charge for it.
Damaged posters no refund
I Won 6 posters, paid expensive shipping, posters arrived all damaged, no partial refund granted. Disappointing.
