It was my first time contacting Customer Service. I was very pleased with the knowledge Arjay had of my new subscription. He helped me navigate the pages so I now have a better understanding of how to locate the information that I will use regularly.

Great investment advice, very timely and to the point.

I have never been an investor in the past but after hearing a plea from this company that It might be a good idea to consider becoming one I took the next step and ordered their investment report subscription . I tried ordering it on line but the transaction wouldn’t process and prompted me to call customer service . In the process of completing the order their team was so insightful at explaining in detail exactly what I was getting involved in and how to take my time and go about it in a safe and pragmatic way that I was astounded ! Rarely do I feel so comfortable about a purchase and the attending support for a product as they have left me feeling ! I truly believe that they care about their customers well being and are not just trying to make a sale ! Based on that I would highly recommend them to anyone considering investing because when you ask a question of them you get a thorough answer without having to drag it out of them !

I am with Investor Place for more than 2 years. When ever I have questions and have to call customer support, I am helped with the utmost courtesy. The support team is very knowledgeable to solve any kind of problem, be it with passwords or usernames, etc.

The service representative she was very professional as the straight questions going straight to the problem, and she solved them immediately before I could blink my eyes three times. I love that five stars six if I could.

I have tried to unsubscribe but I keep getting the same information from 4-5 different new senders, all with the same info that you sent me. Same offer "just USD 49 normal USD 199" etc. It's you but different senders. Subscribing does not work!!! Stop your scam.

AND I STILL GET SPAMMED!!!! STOP NOW OR I WILL CONTACT BOTH DANISH AND INTERNATIONAL GOVERMMENT REGULATIONS TO STOP AND FINE YOU BIG TIME!!!!!!!
