After paying about $20,000 for…
After paying about $20,000 for Services, my account was shut off for an unknown reason. I approved the payment of $800 with the sales rep to charge my credit card and next thing I know my service has been down for a month or so. I would have been nice to know that I needed to approve this a second time, or at the very least, that my service was being shut off. Not a good look for Investor Place.
Customer Service representative was wonderful fixing the issues and getting me back up.

Informative and Great Customer Service
After signing up for the special reports I received a call from customer support and was helped getting an overview of how to use my account for my use. The special reports are easy to access and understand. I'm very impressed with the portfolio view too as it gives a quick look at the stocks that are mentioned in the special reports. The customer service rep was very informational and friendly.
This was a great price to pay for the services and articles that will give me the information needed to assist me with my investing strategies.
