One of my watches never arrived. The rest of them came pretty quickly so im not too mad about it, even though I would like the watch I ordered.

Run from this brand, watch was only two-years old and the spring engine failed. The customer service stated that the watch needed a complete overhaul for 380USD. Well, that 90% of the purchase price. Get a top-tier time piece from Seiko or Citizen, or Ten Casios for 380USD. Thank you for attention to this matter.

Over a month and no update on the order and when it will be shipped. Their customer service was useless and kept saying they are waiting for the store to ship it to the warehouse. Makes no sense! Sounds to me like its not in stock and they continue to oversell.

I truly enjoy the Invicta Brand. I currently own 10 watches in my collection. Great colors and styling

I love Invicta, I have 12 of their watches. On this order I placed it on Feb 8th thinking that for sure the watches would be arriving before I left for New Orlans on March 4th for my sister's 60th birthday party (she is an expat that lives in France and was celebrating her birthday there) One of the watches was for her, they did not arrive until march 6th so I have to find another way to get the watch to her which is not easy as she is the tour manager for Steve Hackett and they are touring North America right now other wise I would have given 5 stars

I made 2 orders 2 weeks apart, 12 watches in total.
I keep getting packages with one or two watches in and at the present time am still waiting for one watch from the first order and three from the second. Got an email today saying another delivery is expected in 4 days time but when I looked it is only containing one watch.
It is now over a month since my first order and when I contacted customer services they replied with we will send you an email when they are dispatched! No mentions of any timescale.
I won’t be ordering again no matter how cheap they offer them.

I haven't received four watches from my previous orders!

I've purchased some nice invicta watches in the past from invictas website. But this last two orders have been a nightmare. Shipping took a month and a half and they offer shipping insurance that they don't honor. The quality of these last 3 watches are terrible. So terrible I threw two in the garbage. I really couldn't believe they were made by invicta especially compared to the other 8 invictas I've purchased from them in the past.

The watch is well made and looks great. It was a fantastic price as well. The package arrived quickly and it was fairly easy to figure out the settings for the analog and digital. Gotta play with it first before reading the instructions. IYKYK

Bought a watch at Invicta Christiana Mall in Delaware. Put watch on for the first time and the band fell apart. I took the watch back to Invicta where I bought it a few days prior. I was told they do not guarantee their products and I would have to pay for a new band. I took the watch next door to a jewelry repair and they fixed the band in 5 minutes, no charge. But I paid him anyway. DO NOT BUY INVICTA! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

I received my order in a timely matter. I am happy with my order. They were all gifts and everyone was happy with what they got. Thank you.

Absolutely not acceptable that you have not been able to ship and deliver a simple watch WITHIN the same city since Mar 6 th !
That's 11 days already.
The apology is not good enough I'm afraid. Pathetic service and even worse customer support. Will not buy again.

Ordered several watches on sale and all arrived and were of good quality, love them.

It took awhile longer than expected. The watches are lighter than I thought.

To Dean Campbell: I gave my wife two Invictas, after 6 months one of them stopped working. Sent it to Invicta (I had to pay for the shipping charge) It took me several emails to get an answer, was told that because the watch had a couple of scratches it had "damaged the movement" and it was not cover under warranty and Invicta wanted to charge me $110.00. Your company peddles these watches as tough and rugged for the outdoor men/women, aviators, etc. and yet your company refuses warranty coverage when something goes wrong with the watch and instead, try to make money on the repair. I am sure there are many others that have had similar experiences with Invicta. I AM GETTING READY TO THROW THE WATCH IN THE GARBAGE! ROBERT O./ BESSY P. MIAMI, FLORIDA
