Almost a month ago I ordered four…
Almost a month ago I ordered four watchers from Invicta, I received two of the watches, the other two never arrived, I emailed them as well as called them, to no avail, I have been given excuses by people who do not seem to know what to say. only that I will have to wait until some undisclosed time. they do not seem to be concerned with getting my purchases to me. Also I had received a watch that was far too big a week prior, I contacted Invicta who sent Me a return label, We returned the watch but Inivicta does not seem to be concerned with refunding my money. It took them seconds to take my money, but haven't refunded my money in nearly a month, also refusing to give me a time frame, or better yet, my money or purchases.
This is on the verge of fraud
This is on the verge of fraud, They take your order and drag it out as long as possible. I am so dissasitasified with Invicta as I have ever been with a watch manufacturer. I would recommend you find a different company to buy from. You will have the lowest possible service with Invicta. I have tried to cancel my order because we are near two weeks and they haven't even shipped it, I have found so may reviews with much worse experience. This is a horrible company and has no service. You can not talk to a human to try and resolve. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, buy a different watch!
No watch after almost a month!
Placed an online order the first week of May. Tomorrow will already be June and no watch. Their website indicates that shipping may take 1 - 5 days, but after close to a month, all they say is that they have a backlog and are trying to ship as soon as they can. I don't believe that they even have the watch they sold me,as how long does it take to take a watch and put it in an envelope or box. Gave them the option to substitute for a similar watch, which they declined. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
BUYER BEWARE!!
Ordered over 2 weeks ago - ZERO COMMUNICATION
Ordered over 2 weeks ago. No response to 2 emails sent requesting a tracking number. Phoned 2x cannot get a human... Looks like they finally got flushed down the toilet.
It took so long to get my watches
It took so long to get my watches. I thought that the watches I ordered would come all together. And I still have some orders that I haven't received yet.
Reached out twice no response
Reached out twice no response. I placed an order 8 days ago... no info on how long its going to take to pack and ship. Day 8 now 3rd time emailing with no response. Hope when it gets in the mail it arrives quick. Bad communication and Horrible ship times!
The watch prices are deceiving and delivery is too long
The watch prices are deceiving. They say the watch usually costs 200 but is on sale for 40 but it actually always costs 40. The delivery time is also really slow. They claim they deliver in 3-4 days and I still haven't received my watch 2 weeks later. My advice is to just order from a different brand for a much better experience. They also charged me 15 dollars for a "protection fee" and there was no way to decline that. I tried to return it but it said "items not valid for return" which is just silly. The reason I still left 2 stars is because I've heard a lot of good things about the Pro Diver which is the one I ordered. I'm curious to see how good the watch really is.
I will never purchase another Invicta…
I will never purchase another Invicta watch again after this experience.
The watches may look nice, but the quality and customer service are absolutely terrible. We purchased an Invicta watch less than a year ago, and a piece inside the watch face literally fell off due to weak glue. The watch was never dropped, scratched, dented, or abused. It was barely even worn and stayed inside its box most of the time. This was clearly a manufacturing or assembly defect.
What makes this even worse is how Invicta handles “warranty” repairs. They advertise warranties when you buy the watch, but once you actually need help, suddenly everything becomes your fault and they look for any excuse possible to avoid honoring the warranty. Instead of standing behind their product, they outsource repairs to a third-party company that appears more interested in charging customers outrageous fees than actually resolving legitimate warranty claims.
The customer service experience was horrible. The repair company has one rude representative answering the phone who speaks to customers like they are inconveniencing her. Rather than helping resolve the issue, the goal seemed to be pushing us into paying almost the cost of a whole new watch for a defect that should have been covered under warranty from the beginning.
Glue losing its grip over time is not customer damage. There is no telling how long that watch sat before it was sold or whether it was assembled poorly from the start. Invicta should take responsibility for defective products instead of passing customers off to rude third-party repair services and refusing to communicate directly.
Invicta has beautiful-looking watches, but they are cheaply made and backed by terrible customer service. The company says one thing when selling you the product and then completely changes its story when there is a problem. After reading other customer reviews, it’s obvious this is not an isolated incident.
Unless Invicta rectifies this situation, I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its products and respects its customers.
3 different orders, same result.
On 3 different occasions I ordered a watch… yes, they were different from each other. I received emails stating “order waiting to be filled”. Couple of days later i received another stating the item was out of stock. Which I get it sometimes things happen…. But what I can’t justify is seeing the same watch I ordered available with jacked up price on the very next time I receive a “monster deal” email. It’s really poor customer service and the company should hold true to the prices they advertise.
Terrible customer service and fake…
Terrible customer service and fake stock! Order #1012318332
I placed an order on May 10, and they completely failed their 1-5 business days processing policy. They split my order without warning because they didn't actually have the items in stock at their main warehouse. One of the watches was an important birthday gift for May 25, and it will not arrive on time, completely ruining my plans.
To make things worse, customer service agents Dexter and Mary flatly refused to cancel the unfulfilled items or issue a partial refund, hiding behind rigid automated system policies for an inventory error that is 100% the store's fault. They expect me to wait indefinitely while they collect items from physical stores.
I have already submitted a formal cancellation request via their web chat for Fulfillment 1012318332.0 (the 3 missing watches) and initiated a dispute with my bank. Unprofessional and abusive practices. Avoid this store!
Invicta is getting worse and worse
- Watch build quality continues to decline year after year, with 2025–2026 being the worst so far.
- Boxes and packaging are getting weaker, smaller, and cheaper. Often the watch doesn’t even fit properly inside the box.
- Shipping is a nightmare. Orders are almost always delayed. Do not buy if you need the watch for a specific event like a birthday or graduation — you will not receive it on time.
- The marketing and especially the graphic design team is absolutely horrible. The ugly gorillas and boxers, the color schemes, and the overall imagery scream “cheap” and seriously damage the brand’s perceived value. The designs literally look like they belong to a scam operation.
- There are constant “SUPER Sales” and “Wild Wednesdays” with aggressive discount language that is completely misleading. Nothing is ever truly on sale — it’s pure manipulation. For example, a watch genuinely worth around $3 is listed at $299 and then “discounted” to $39 on Super Sale.
- They send 30%, 20%, and 10% coupon baits, but when you try to apply them, the website says “coupon code invalid.” You end up wasting a huge amount of time selecting items only to leave empty-handed.
- When you place an order, they often notify you the very next day that the watch is out of stock and won’t ship for several weeks. This is not a one-time issue — it’s a consistent practice of selling items they don’t actually have.
- The endless pricing manipulations using different model numbers and names is another level of deception. You can find the “same” watch (based on detailed specifications) priced anywhere from $29 to $399. When a watch is on a major “sale,” you’re often still paying 300% of its real value.
And these are just the tip of the iceberg. They need new leadership, culture, quality control, watch making vendors, marketing, designers, logistics, and it goes on.
WARNING
WARNING! Do not place an order thru this company. I placed an order 23 days ago and paid for the 5 to 7 day shipping. Not only has my order still not been shipped but they are not allowing cancellations even though they have a cancel option on the order. They will gladly take your money and you will not receive your order. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I’d give negative stars if possible
I’d give negative stars if possible. I love Invicta watches but I will never buy from Invicta store again. Their website clearly states all in stock items will ship in 1-4 days unless you pay expedited shipping. Well I ordered a 1000.00 watch on the 6th almost 2 weeks later it still hasn’t shipped. CS uses the line we are busy it will take time well YOUR POLICY AND WEBSITE SAYS 1-4 days if in stock and mine was in stock, it does not say we are incapable of handling many orders and may take longer simply 1-4 days on in stock. If they can’t stand by what THEY WRITE IN BOLD PRINT, how can they be trusted. I ordered from shop hq and always get my items. This experience with those liars will cause me to never buy an Invicta again. They sure take your money out asap but can’t seem to place the orders prong. Excuses are a they problem not a me problem.
So slow to process and ship
So slow to process and ship. Beyond 5 to 7 business days you can expect longer. Wish some other company would buy the brand.
What a disgusting business
What a disgusting and dishonest business. Against my better judgment, because of all the negative reviews, I placed an order with them a couple of months ago and the first item I ordered was a watch. In particular, it was a pro diver. It never showed. I contacted customer service after a few weeks and after much back-and-forth, they flat out refused to open up a service request with USPS to locate the package. Here we are two months later, I’ve gone through the Better Business Bureau and exhausted all of my resources and still have not received my package or my money. They are even lying to the Better Business Bureau and stalling and doing everything they can possibly do other than the right thing. This is the most disgusting business I’ve ever dealt with and the last message I received from their customer service was over two weeks ago, where they told me to go through my bank and get the money back that they would not be responding to any more of my messages. This watch was a gift for a family member. I could’ve spent the money anywhere in the world, instead I decided to take a chance with this company, and I have been nothing but sorely disappointed. If you’re interested in getting robbed for your hard earned money, proceed. But I don’t recommend this company to even my worst enemy, Their customer service is just disgusting. I never thought to go look at the reviews on trust pilot before I made my purchase, but they literally have just as many one star of use as they do five and that’s pathetic. Just go through the list and read the horror stories of other people who have experienced the same or worse. How the Better Business Bureau still allows these people to operate with impunity escapes me.
Great product and price..

I have been very happy with the Invicta…
I have been very happy with the Invicta products and service. All items received met or exceeded my expectations. They make a great product that is of good quality for the price you pay. Would highly recommend.
Invicta on Whatnot (Long‑Term Customer Perspective)
I’ve been an Invicta customer on Whatnot for over 7 months, with 500+ purchases totaling over $23,000, so this review reflects long‑term experience, not a single incident.
Recently, I was removed from a jewelry livestream hosted by Eliana after mentioning I had the host muted due to tinnitus. This was a general comment, not directed at her. I was told to mute my phone, which I already do at times, but muting means I can’t hear important product details. Whatnot’s closed captioning is inconsistent and often inaccurate, so it isn’t a reliable alternative. Despite calmly explaining this, I was removed — an arbitrary decision given the accessibility context.
Meanwhile, far more questionable moments on other Invicta streams have been tolerated without issue, which highlights inconsistent moderation.
Across Invicta‑run channels, there are recurring issues:
1. Yves Rocher credibility concerns
Teenage hosts promoting anti‑aging skincare weakens trust. Oversaturation led to low engagement and uncomfortable shows that didn’t feel sustainable.
2. Mayamar value issues
Gold‑dipped jewelry is marketed with high value claims and “no tarnish” guarantees, yet tarnishing complaints already exist. Combined with a two‑week return window, trust is difficult.
3. Host behavior affecting purchases
A first‑time viewer was told by Eliana, “This show isn’t about you,” causing her to cancel her purchase. Due to repeated negative experiences, I no longer buy from Eliana’s shows and rarely from Brooke’s.
4. Pressure during diamond shows
On the InvictaLifestyle show, Brooke and Ilianna expressed frustration about “window shopping” while selling high‑ticket lab‑created IGI diamonds. Most buyers wanted smaller, affordable stones under $150, yet the hosts pushed larger‑carat pieces with a much smaller audience. Lab‑created stones don’t carry the same cachet as natural diamonds, and pressuring viewers creates discomfort.
5. Inventory vs. audience mismatch
InvictaForHer often shows 300–500 units of a watch to an audience of ~150 viewers, making urgency messaging feel unrealistic and contributing to host frustration.
6. Overreliance on hype and giveaways
Giveaways are used as purchase incentives rather than engagement tools. Some hosts “flash” giveaways for only seconds, making them impossible to enter — especially for Android users whose animation cannot be sped up due to Whatnot’s override.
7. MSRP misuse
Invicta’s own website regularly discounts items 40%+, making MSRP feel theoretical and undermining credibility when used as a pricing anchor.
8. Limited product education
Hosts repeat basic specs without explaining why they matter, which doesn’t build trust when selling watches or fine jewelry.
Conclusion
There is a clear disconnect between the audience Invicta wants and the audience it actually has. Better training, consistent moderation, realistic value framing, and genuine customer research would go a long way. As someone who has invested significant time and money, I want to see Invicta succeed — but current practices are eroding customer confidence and long‑term loyalty.
A joke of a company
Orders should be provided in a timely manner. If your company sets an expectation of 1 to 5 business days, you should honor this. Beware, this company is not a serious company.
