Invigor Medical has the worst customer service!
I am extremely frustrated with Invigor Medical. I purchased a 3-month prescription. My prescription was filled on 7/23; I was told I would receive the order in 7-10 days. On day 13 I chatted and said that I still haven't received my order and was told it could take up to 14 days. On day 14, I did another online chat and was told that the company switched pharmacies, that it could take up to 3 weeks, and the customer service rep would email me an update. It's now day 23, and I've received no update. I called, and it went straight to voice mail. I tried to do another online chat, but no one answered my questions. I'm about ready to report the company to the Better Business Bureau! I've never dealt with worse customer service in my life!!

Not as advertised!
Advertised (and confirmed via email) that:
from order to delivery would be 7-14 days. FALSE
I would be contacted by DOCTOR within 3 days. FALSE It was longer than 3 days and it wasn’t a doctor. They didn’t even identify themselves as either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician’s Assistant.
In a chat with Camille, I asked when I could expect delivery, she could not tell me. She kept sending me canned responses. I asked if my order could be expedited and was told no.
Bottom line, poor communication and did not notify that they were running behind due to a higher than expected volume of orders.
Excuses given:
* higher than expected volume
* changed providers
* area hit by hurricane
Notifying customers of the issues before they are reaching out to ask about the delay would have allayed concerns.
I was told that I would receive an email from the pharmacy when it shipped. FALSE. I did receive the pkg today, but received no notification. Since this medication required refrigeration, and the temperatures have been really high, the medication could have gone bad had I not been home to bring it inside. Also, I received a 3 month supply (as ordered), but did NOT receive enough disposable syringes. I hope that the one vial of medication that I received will be enough.
